The queen bed, twin day bed and futon couch in the living area accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

We provide starter items so that you don't have to run to the store for basic things like condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, teas, sugar, washing detergent, paper goods, etc.
We even have a portable foot bath and salts for after those long walks around the National Mall.

Browse the craft stands of local artists and artisans or shop for antiques. Enjoy breakfast at the Market Lunch or pick up some fresh produce, fish or meat to bring back for the grill.
The unit is several blocks from the U.S. Capitol and minutes from the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Union Station and National Mall. Great location for Spring Break, Summer vacations and Fall/Winter Holidays.
PARKING: If you have a car, there is ample on-street parking and we'll provide a complimentary parking pass.
CONVENIENT TO KEY ATTRACTIONS: Within 10-20 minutes walking, you will find many significant American landmarks, museums, and monuments including the U.S. Capitol, U.S. Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, Folger Shakespeare Library, Union Station, the Marine Corps Barracks, and Congressional Cemetery. Venture down one of the historic residential alleyways like Archibald Walk and Brown’s Court. Each will tell a story of their own.
Walk, bike or take the train to other convenient sites and neighborhood including the White House, Arlington Cemetery, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, Woodley Park and Adams Morgan. Capital Bikeshare stations are blocks away in every direction.

Location, Location, Location. We wanted to be close to the action, yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. It's easily accessible to major attraction and highways. The house was originally built in 1920 and totally renovated to include the most up-to-date amenities.
The unit is equipped with everything you need. Whatever is missing is only a request away. We're always available to assist. One guest described their visit as 'it was like staying with friends'. On the other hand, if you are totally self sufficient, you'll never see us. Only know we're a text or phone call away.
Owners are very nice and helpful. Great, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy on the street. We had a snow emergency, so our car needed to be parked away from Constitution Avenue. Our host, Fred, found a spot two blocks away. Problem solved. We did lots of walking to nearby restaurants and tourist areas. The car was used for travel to Arlington Cemetery and Georgetown. A fun time at a great location. We would stay here in the future.
Great location and safe neighborhood. We were easily able to walk to many sites including Eastern Market, Capitol, Union Station, and Metro. There are also very good restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was very clean, well furnished and updated. We really enjoyed our time while in D.C. seeing all the sites. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was my husband is 6'5" and had to be careful about not bumping his head on the main beam that ran the length of the ceiling. Anyone a little shorter would have no problem at all.

Very nice owners of 902 Constitution Ave. NE and so nicely furnished. We enjoyed being within walking distance of so many historical sights.
The property was perfect for our family of four. The owners were wonderful to work with and secured us reservations at a great Georgetown restaurant. The apartment is conveniently located and had everything we needed for sightseeing and campus visits.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment was very nice, clean and well located. Carla was extremely nice and responded quickly to needs. Would highly recommend staying here.
