Ferienhaus Ausschmiede, Apt 2:

Ferienhaus Auschmiede offers 2 large apartments. Apt 2 is located in the upper floor and has approx. 90 sqm (the areas of balcony and terrace are not counted in this number). In Apt 2 you find: 2 double bedrooms, a large living and dining area, an American kitchen, an additional double couch (boxspring), a big bathrom (with walk-in-shower and installed radio), separate toilet, balcony, large terrace (approx. 20 sqm).

Apt 2 is suitable for a flexible booking (2 til 6 persons). If guests additionally book the Apt in the floor downstairs, the group has the whole house for its own (see Apt 1, no. 2480315 in this portal - together with this the maximum of persons would be 12). A combined booking is mainly popular in the case of 2 families or for bigger groups.

Equipment:

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen stove (with oven, grill and ceramic glass cooktop), automatic coffee maker (beans), coffee machine (filter). Nespresso, raclette, fondue, water kettle, toaster, dishware, cooking utilities. Refrigerator with large freezer compartement.

Free WLAN, television (cable-channels, flatscreen), DVD/Bluray-player, stereo compact

Terrace with a big breakfast table (for 6 persons), electric sun blind, sun shade (only in summer season), radient heater, grill, smokers-corner, steamer chairs (in winter).

A set of bedlinen and towels is included.

Specials:

To the apartement belongs a private garage (included in the price - independent from other parking chances in front of the house). Storage for skis and dryer for skiing boots: in the basement.

For playing children can also use the garden. Pets welcome (without charge).

Location:

Ferienhaus Auschmiede is located in the district "Reitlehen". This name stands for the area of
Hollersbach, which is settled on the side of Hohe Tauern. Appeal and impressions of this
very location are mainly dominated by the scenery of the southern mountains.

You can find our house directly at the mountain's foot. The hill on its rear is already part of the Pihapper (Venediger group). Rather romantic: the hills game reserve ends just in front of the terraces.

Starting from the house by car it takes 3 minutes to the valley station of Panoramabahn Kitzbühler Alpen. One can also use the shuttle bus (approx. 280 meters from the house).

Winter holidays:

Winter season: In 2017 awarded the skiing arena of the Kitzbüheler Alps again as the "best skiing area of the world". By the Panoramabahn of Hollersbach you have direct access to this unique resort of the Alps.

Starting from the house by car it takes 3 minutes to the valley station of Panoramabahn. One can also use the shuttle bus (approx. 280 meters from the house).

Another attraction for winter sports is the slide ride of Bramberg. With its length of 14 km it is the largest in the world. By car it takes approx. 8 minutes to from Hollersbach to Bramberg.

For cross-country skiers, especially the high moor trail on Pass Thurn is of great interest (22 km in length, highly snow reliable because of its the altitude).

Summer holidays:

As in Hollersbach 2 mountain ranges meet (the Alps of Kitzbühel and the Hohe Tauern) the chances for hiking and biking are extremely diverse (even paragliders just have to boot up the mountain behind our house).

Just nearby Auschmiede you can access one of the most beautiful hiking valleys of the Hohe Tauern: the Hollersbachtal. It has a rare reputation among alpinists.

Due to its geographical location, Hollersbach is especially recommended as a starting point for excursions. As distances are rather short, you can visit Kitzbühel, or Zell am See anytime you want. On the other side a lot of alltime classics are waiting for you: Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse, Gerlospass, waterfalls of Krimml, glacier world of Weißsee, Kitzsteinhorn, Felbertauern etc.

Important for families: for bathing Hollersbach offers also a natural lake.
