RESTAURANT DIRECTLY ON THE SEA The Villa Waldburg has been lovingly restored in Art Nouveau style and is located in a unique location just a few steps to the beach. Our guests can use the bicycle storage room. All apartments have a parking space and terrace, balcony or conservatory. VW-08:
You live in a comfortable 3-room apartment of about 85 m² in size. Located upstairs. The living room is equipped with a sofa, stereo and TV. A balcony to the north invites you to relax. A second balcony you enter through the large kitchen (stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and s.w.) with dining area. Two bedrooms each with double bed, a bathroom with tub and toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. Final cleaning included! Wi-Fi available! Pets are not allowed! 1 parking space. Bicycle storage room. Approximately 20 m to the beach.

Urlaub vom 10.06.2023 -24.06.23 Wohnung Nr.8 bei Zimmer am Meer

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön bis auf die Dame im 1.Stock die sich aufgeregt hat weil wir das sind meine Schwester und ich uns auf dem Balkon unterhalten haben,wobei wir ganz normal gesprochen hatten.Der Fernseher gibt nicht die gängigen Sender her wie RTL PRO7 RTL2 SAT 1 VOX, kurz um wir konnten 2 Wochen kein Fernsehen schauen.Wir haben gleich in der 1.Woche bei der Verwaltung angerufen und Bescheid gegeben,da wurde uns gesagt wir kümmern uns darum.Wir warten heute noch.Die Decke von dem Sofa wurde beim Gästewechsel auch nicht ausgetauscht,sie war voller Flecken.Die Balkone alle beide konnten meine Schwester und ich erstmal von den ganzen Spinnenweben befreien.Der 2.Balkon hatte überhaupt keine Möbel,sodas man sich mal dort aufhalten konnte.Die Möbel teilweise kaputt.Also kurzum nicht sauber und auch nicht liebevoll eingerichtet so wie es angegeben wird.Ich könnte noch mehr aufzählen aber das würde jetzt den Rahmen sprengen.Ansonsten die Gegend sehr schön,auch die nähe zum Meer.

Diese Mietunterkunft ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Lage der Villa ist super. Man ist in wenigen Schritten an dem wunderschönen Strand. Die "alte" Villa macht von außen einen schönen Eindruck. Die Wohnung VW-08 ist für 4 Personen von der Größe her völlig ausreichend. Mit den kleinen 2 Bädern ohne jegliche Abstell-/Ablagemöglichkeiten könnte man sich noch arrangieren. Auch mit den knatschenden Fußböden (ist ja nun mal ein Altbau) sowie mit allgemein zu wenig installierten Leuchten. Die oberflächliche Reinigung und generell lieblose Pflege der Wohnung ... ist ein "no go" ! Es stand dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig, die Schimmelbildung in der Dusche, der defekte Stuhl auf dem Balkon, die abgebrochenen Außengriffe an den Balkontüren, die dreckigen und abgenutzten Platz-Sets, die verschmutzten Zimmertüren, der voll verkalkte Wasserhahn an der Badewanne, das verrostete Beckenventil im Waschbecken, die zu vielen Kalk- und Schmutzflecken in den Bädern etc. etc. etc. Wie schon in einer Bewertung geschrieben stand: nur Rendite erwirtschaften mit der Wohnung, investieren gleich null. Hinzu kommt noch die junge Dame im 1. OG, die sich schon am ersten Abend bei uns beschwerte, weil wir uns zu später Stunde im Flüsterton auf dem Balkon unterhalten haben. Angeblich gilt in diesem Haus ab 22.00 Uhr Nachtruhe ... ist im Urlaub ja auch angemessen :-)

Strandvillawohnung im 2. OG

Schöne große Wohnung mit 2 schönen Balkons. Die Bäderamarturen sind in die Jahre gekommen. 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Die schönen alten Holzböden geben bei jedem Schritt Rückmeldung Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig. Ein 2. Handtuchsatz pro Person und Woche wäre wünschenswert

Bloss nicht buchen!

Gelb verfärbte Kopfkissen (extrem eklig), schmutziges Geschirr, defekte Badezimmerlampen, defekte Kühkschrankbeleuchtung, defekte Kaffeemaschine, hänhende Schubladen, klemmende Tür, verrostete Abflüsse in Waschbecken und ein insgesamt mäßiger Reinigungszustand sind einfach nicht akzeptabel. Die eigentlich gut geschnittene und gut gelegene Wohnung wird von den Eihentümern offensichtlich nicht in Schuss gehalten, sondern rein als Renditeobjekt gesehen. Die Ablehnung der Eigentümer nach einer kleinen Entschädigung passt zum Zustand der Wohnung. Gastlichkeit geht anders!
