The property can accommodate up to 18 people and consists of three buildings in the style of the typical farmhouse of Gallura, called "Stazzo". Two of the villas, which can be rented separately or together, are suitable for up to 6/7 people each and consist of two double bedrooms and a living area equipped with a sofa bed. As can be seen from the pictures, bedroom and living area are achievable from three separate entrances on the large covered porch. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning. The third "Stazzo" is divided into three mini apartments for 2 people with double bed, wardrobe, kitchen area, bathroom, air conditioning. These can be rented separately or in addition to the cottages. All cottages are provided with a 40 square meters large porch, paved with stone slabs and with a canopy, to alleviate hot summer days. The verandas are furnished with tables, chairs and armchairs, in order to enjoy outside the warm summer evenings. The surrounding garden is decorated with lawn and different plant species. For the summer 2018 a wonderful pool will be ready and available for all the guests. This is a property with a high quality of workmanship and materials: the floor is made of real stone slabs and to the tiles in the bathrooms of high quality ceramic. All furniture is made by a local artisan and the fabrics used for curtains, comforters, pillows and carpets are precious. If you decide to spend your holiday with us, you will stop off at a place with lots of green, surrounded by olive trees and wild crafted rock, where you can spend your time out. At the same time you can reach in few minutes the most beautiful beaches of the coast and the Costa Smeralda. In case you love nightlife you will definitely find suitable venues: 4 km away in Porto Rotondo and about 20 km from Porto Cervo you have a wide selection of clubs, within the best in the world.
