About The Owner

A resident of this vicinity for more than 40 years and have worked in the sales and marketing industry...mostly marketing myself around " people helping people " with a customer focused goal of complete service and satisfaction. Most recent(20 yrs) in the Residential Real Estate, Mortgage/Banking industries and Property Management in support of Homeowners and Real Estate partners.

Personal interests range from Health and fitness,Motorcycling,Sports,Golf and sharing Good food and wine with friends.

My original interest in this property was the potential of developing it into something of interest and my own vision of what it could become incorporating my personal flair for Architectural design and developement.The grounds,3.5 acres,the huge and ancient Oaks and the possibility of clearing areas to take advantage of the magnificent views,took on a life of its own.The pool,outdoor kitchen,lower lawn,garden area and Vineyard were a dream come true and truely takes you away from it all...but everything is right here within reach and access.

Indoor area is well furnished and very comfortable with functional layout.Views of the surrounding areas approx 300 degrees.Modern Kitchen,breakfast banquette area looks east toward early morning sun and pool in full view just below.Full audio and visual features in and around deck area.

If you enjoy garden color, you will be happy to see a mature landscape add to the beauty.Much in Lavenders,Roses and other bedding plants.The entire backdrop for photo moments will be a definite feature for you and family.Fall brings an unbelievable color to the property as the strategic planting of Maples come alive !

Pool area gets in access of 9 hrs of full sun (peak)with umbrellas, lounges, kids " floaties " and cabana for protection if desired.The beach entry are gets the very last and facing east the setting sun on Mt Diablo is a highlight as you settle down to dinner. All amenities are right at your fingertips and an after dinner drink around the fire pit or another dip in the pool will truly put you in the relax mode...as the sunset gives way to the twinkling light on the distant peaks and lower valley.Watch for the beam of orange light as it slowly breaks behind the Mountain.....the moon is in full view from this area and breathtaking when it is full and very hard to cut the evening short.Cabana equipt with change/bathroom.

A beautiful estate

Our group of mid-70 yrs. have gotten together every other year for many decades. We were all in a Girl Scout troop together and many have known each other from grade school. Our needs for our reunion location have changed as we age and now we want a place with level in entry with some bedrooms, bath, living and kitchen on that same level. We need to be near an airport, medical facilities, restaurants. This wonderful property filled all our needs. We were very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us.

Stunning and Breathtaking experience

I was a bit skeptical about Chris' home because it seemed too good to be true. The pictures were amazing and the price was totally fair. Throughout the process, Chris was prompt in replying to any question that I had.

Upon arrival, Chris even came over to show us all the nuts and bolts to ensure that we would have a pleasant stay. The pictures don't do the place justice. It is absolutely beautiful and the space is enormous! I planned a family gathering for my husband's birthday with family flying in from out of the country. It was an intimate weekend with beautiful amenities. It continues to be a topic of conversation now and then. Hehe. I cannot rave enough about how much we absolutely love this property.

Perfect getaway--private, yet close to it all!

With the task of finding a location to host our yearly family "girls' trip" for 10. I could not have found a more suitable place. With all of hailing from different parts of the Bay Area, this location was accessible with the easy freeway access, as well as the proximity to BART. The house was immaculate. Each bedroom had character that was tasteful and appealing. The downstairs suite was a hit with the direct access to the pool. Most of our time was spent poolside. The pool and hot tub were situated so it felt private enough to make anyone feel like royalty--which was how we nicknamed it the "confidence pool." The kitchen was able to handle us cooking all our meals the whole weekend and we were especially pleased that we were all able to fit at the dining table, which allowed us to have seated meals as a group. We expected to enjoy some nights in Walnut Creek, but the estate provided so much that we never left! Chris, the owner, was responsive and attentive. He had all his bases covered, which I appreciated. The communication was clear and prompt. I would definitely love to rent this place again and would recommend it to all who are interested.

Perfect property for family gathering!

The house and lot are spacious and perfect for any multi-family get together. Chris was easy to work with and quick with a response. We were in town for a wedding and this location is easy to anywhere in the East Bay. Convenient to a BART station [and therefore into the city or the airport]. As mentioned by others, you will spend most of your time at the pool/cabana. We enjoyed the poolside fire pit, even in July. Wonderful choice! We were all glad we chose this property. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting!

We stayed for 3 nights for our son's wedding. It was the perfect location; close enough to shopping, restaurants, airports and sightseeing in San Francisco, but the home is secluded and quiet. Great outdoor entertaining for small groups. Chris was great to work with. He responded promptly to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!
