All accommodations are fully upgraded, clean and modern in 'designer' terms. Plasma and Flat screens throughout (incl HDMI Poolside). Carpet, Tile and furnishings are designer quality. Ceiling fans and interior, upscale lighting with dimmer devices for intimate appeal.

A resident of this vicinity for more than 40 years and have worked in the sales and marketing industry...mostly marketing myself around " people helping people " with a customer focused goal of complete service and satisfaction. Most recent(20 yrs) in the Residential Real Estate, Mortgage/Banking industries and Property Management in support of Homeowners and Real Estate partners.

Personal interests range from Health and fitness,Motorcycling,Sports,Golf and sharing Good food and wine with friends.

My original interest in this property was the potential of developing it into something of interest and my own vision of what it could become incorporating my personal flair for Architectural design and developement.The grounds,3.5 acres,the huge and ancient Oaks and the possibility of clearing areas to take advantage of the magnificent views,took on a life of its own.The pool,outdoor kitchen,lower lawn,garden area and Vineyard were a dream come true and truely takes you away from it all...but everything is right here within reach and access.

Indoor area is well furnished and very comfortable with functional layout.Views of the surrounding areas approx 300 degrees.Modern Kitchen,breakfast banquette area looks east toward early morning sun and pool in full view just below.Full audio and visual features in and around deck area.

If you enjoy garden color, you will be happy to see a mature landscape add to the beauty.Much in Lavenders,Roses and other bedding plants.The entire backdrop for photo moments will be a definite feature for you and family.Fall brings an unbelievable color to the property as the strategic planting of Maples come alive !

Pool area gets in access of 9 hrs of full sun (peak)with umbrellas, lounges, kids " floaties " and cabana for protection if desired.The beach entry are gets the very last and facing east the setting sun on Mt Diablo is a highlight as you settle down to dinner. All amenities are right at your fingertips and an after dinner drink around the fire pit or another dip in the pool will truly put you in the relax mode...as the sunset gives way to the twinkling light on the distant peaks and lower valley.Watch for the beam of orange light as it slowly breaks behind the Mountain.....the moon is in full view from this area and breathtaking when it is full and very hard to cut the evening short.Cabana equipt with change/bathroom.

Grandparent Trip with 5 Teens

Chris's property was perfect for our week long stay in the area. We easily accessed the Bart----5 minutes drive from the house to take day trips into San Fransisco. The accommodations were perfect and very comfortable allowing everyone to find a quiet spot for themselves or mingle with the group, around the pool table, kitchen table or outdoor cabana and pool. The kitchen was large allowing room for everyone to move about easily when preparing meals or fixing our plates. The views were spectacular and it was peaceful and quiet. Chris was close by if you had any questions but never interfered. Shopping was a breeze especially because there were lots of grocery stores to choose from including two Whole Foods stores minutes from the house. Dining out was also easy with lots of great restaurants near by to choose from. Something for everyone. If we are ever in the area again needing a great place in a great location we will definitely stay here. LOVELY HOME ----I have to say I did a fantastic good renting this one! YAY me, everyone in our family loved this home. PS: Chris does not allow shoes in the house, so if you need to wear shoes because you have feet/foot problem(s) bring a pair of house shoes. He takes great care to have the home well maintained and ready for the next guests.

AMAZING Home and Weekend Stay

Visited recently with a group of ten friends for a wedding nearby, and the house was absolutely spectacular. I grew up fairly close by in the Bay Area, and you'll be hard pressed to find a better home with this kind of view and amenities. It felt like we had a private home tucked away in the hills. The house slept all of us comfortably and the pool area was perfect for the daytime. Gorgeous weather was the icing on the cake. Chris was also extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Upon our arrival, Chris greeted us and provided a tour of the home, even though we arrived late in the evening. Needless to say, none of us wanted to leave!

First class experience all around!

From the moment we climbed the hill, myself and 4 of my best friends throughout the years knew we had found something special! This place is worth every dollar of your hard earned money. I write this review at the fire pit on the morning of my departure with a cup of coffee in hand looking out over the infinity pool and a view you typically only see in the movies. Chris, the owner, has been a tremendous host and has ensured that this stay at his house was better than could have been imagined. I am grateful Chris and can’t wait to return! Thank you!
