I've lived in Fulham for over 30 years and love it here. I have worked part time for the last 10 years for a charity supporting women with breast cancer and been involved in complementary medicine and nutrition for at least 25 years. I have just finished doing a Masters in International Public Health Nutrition (phew!). However, I have done B&B on and off for over 20 years and love meeting and welcoming all the wonderful people who visit from all over the world and come and stay at my very British B&B.
Nadia Brydon purchased this apartment in 2007
I chose to buy in Fulham because it is in Central London and yet in a lovely green and leafy safe residential area just a short ride on public transport directly into the city centre. Walking is only minutes to a wide range of restaurants, shops, English pubs, parks, shopping centres, the Thames and lovely antique shops. It's so quiet and yet so central.
I bought my house and completely gutted it from top to bottom which was great fun to do. The house is decorated in natural materials using natural fabrics, stone, wood and marble. It's very bright and light and airy. Lots of attention to detail and the house is kept immaculately clean and tidy by my lovely cleaning lady. It is requested shoes are removed at the front door which helps keep the house so clean. You will be nurtured and well looked after here. It really is a cozy haven in the centre of London with a lovely garden to rest in at the end of the day or have your breakfast on the patio on warm sunny days before the start of your sight seeing. Because it is quite small it has a lovely cottagy feeling about it. I hope you love it like I do!
Our stay at Nadia's Fulham B&B was fabulous. Nadia has created a peaceful oasis. The location is easy to get to from all the sights that London has to offer and it was always a pleasure to get back at the end of a full day. Nadia's home is a safe haven for the chemically sensitive.
This was the second time we have stayed at Nadia's for an extended period of time. we really appreciated all the work Nadia has done since our last visit. The bed is as fabulous as ever, and the comply couch was a welcome improvement as was the kitchen/cooking facilities. Though we didn't get to see Nadia as much this time, the private entry through the garden was great as we could come and go as we liked without disturbing Nadia. Apart from it's ideal location, close to buses, trains, loads of shops and supermarkets, the 'Cosy cottage' was alway clean, the shower is fabulous and the bedding of high quality. It is small but for one or two people it is perfect and offers exceptional value in London and Nadia is an attentive host regularly check that we were ok. Thanks Nadia❤️
We stayed at Cozy Cottage for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It's just like the pictures show. Very comfortable room/bed. Nadia was wonderful and very helpful with information on how to get around by bus and tube. Cozy cottage is just a few short steps to all buses. Lots of stores, parks, pubs and restaurants within a short walk.
Great value for the dollar. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Nadia!
I stayed at Cozy cottage with my wife and my 5 years old grandson, we spent 10 unforgetable days, the room
downstairs with his own private entrance is absolutely confortable, the room is bright and equipped with every
comfort, we also enjoed a lot the garden, it was great sitting down in garden enjoying the fresh air of the evening.
The neighborhood around Cozy Cottage is very nice, there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, playgrounds for children, and so on everythng within few minutes walk. the area is absolutely well connected with central London by many buses and tubes.
Nadia is a fantasti owner, she helped us with all our needs and at the same time she was very discreet and we enjoyed the gratest freedom and privacy.

I stayed at cozy cottage with my 5 Year old daughter and we spent the most happy 3 months of our life.
It was a long term stay, but we were on holiday and the place had everything we needed, as well as being really cozy and charming. My daughter really enjoyed the garden and we had some memorable moments watering it or just having breakfast outside on sunny mornings, we were really lucky with the weather. The locations is absolutely convenient, within a walking distance to the tube station and many buses stop around, not to mention the shops and supermarkets/amenities practically on its doorstep. The 74 bus takes you direct to the natural history and Victoria and Albert museums and other busses take you to many handful places, such as Chelsea and kings road, Oxford street and so on. Once you get used to the surroundings you can enjoy the walk to furlham road, near parsons green's stations, where you can find many Tay restaurants and English schools for foreigner visitors. My daughter also went to a nursery nearby and we used to walk to it everyday through Bishop's Cemetery, quite a period for us.
Nadia is absolutely fantastic, we felt really safe and free, my daughter loved Nadia and they used to exchange cards throughout the doorway, something to be remembered and cheered for life.
We are looking forward for another holiday season at cozy cottage!
This was our first trip to London but hopefully not our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cozy cottage. It was a lovely oasis after our hurried schedule of sightseeing. Nadia was a wonderful, welcoming hostess, who genuinely cared about making our trip successful.
The bus stop is a 2 or 3 minute walk and from there you can have access to the impressive London public transportation system. The kitchenette was nicely stocked and there are several small shops nearby.
The cottage itself is clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
We're grateful to have found this gem of a place. I hope that when we go back, we'll be able to book with Nadia again.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Cosy Cottage. Nadia was the perfect host, there if we needed her but very discreet when you wanted privacy. The cottage was very cute and the bed was really comfortable. Nadia supplied us with so many breakfast goods, a lovely big bowl of fruit which was very welcome after being on the road for 4 weeks. The garden was like a little recluse after a hectic day in London. We found that access into the city was really easy with the No. 74 bus which is only about 100 metres away or hop off at Earls Court and take the subway which is really quick. We felt that the cottage was great value.

Property is located in zone 2 in the pretty and popular upmarket London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and therefore is in the centre of London. Area is in lovely quiet residential area yet has everything just a stones throw away. Public transport amazing and just one minute from 8 different buses going directly to all major London tourist attractions (Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Waxworks, China town, Harrods, London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq etc) , shopping (Bond St, Knightsbridge, Oxford St, Kings Road etc) , theatres (the theatre scene around Soho and Leicester Sq), museums (V&A, Science Museum, Natural History, British Museum etc), and takes just half an hour at the most. Going in the opposite direction Kew Gardens is just 30 minutes away. Tube/Underground just 10 minutes walking to Piccadilly, Circle, District and Hammersmith and City lines. Heathrow about 45 minutes only and Gatwick takes about 1 1/2 hours. Just 1 minute from the house are masses of antique shops, restaurants, pubs, grocery shops etc only minutes from front door and we are 10 minutes from major shopping centres including Westfield. Portobello Road for antiques shopping on a Saturday morning just 20 minutes on the bus. Thames just 5 minutes walk with lots of Oldy worldy pubs and river walks. 3 football stadiums in the Borough so keen footie fans can be at Fulham or Chelsea football stadiums just 10 minutes walk down the road. All my guests just love this location.
