About this property

On the ground floor of our holiday home are in an open design a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace. As well as a double room, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Three double bedrooms have access to the balcony with stunning views.
The terrace with garden house invites you to sit together, barbecue, or even sunbathe and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Parking is directly at the house.

Our cottage in a quiet location, provides an optimal base for a relaxing stay.
Despite its location in idyllic natural landscape, it is very easy to reach.
It is surrounded by large ski areas such as Zell am See (11 km), Kaprun - Kitzsteinhorn (14 km), Dienten (23 km), Saalbach (30 km) or Gastein (21 km).
In summer, the nearby Lake Zell provides bathing and water sports activities.
Furthermore, the surrounding area offers perfect conditions for ambitious hikers and cyclists.

Vacances découvertes et sportives

Salzbourg, Kaprun, Maishoffen, Zell am see nous ont offert de la culture du sport (rafting, escalade, canyoning, jeux nautiques dans le lac...) et un bon restaurant...

entspannte Tage in traumhafter Kulisse

Eine schöne Woche in einer sehr guten Ferienwohnung, welche gut für einen Aufenthalt in größerer Gruppe zu empfehlen ist. Die Umgebung des Bauernhofes und der Blick auf die Berge sind für Stadtkinder einfach Erholung pur.

Einfach ein toller Urlaub

Klasse Unterkunft. Die Küche und der Ess/Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Alles was man braucht in der Küche vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr angenehm und herzlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Kein ganzes Haus!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und das Haus ist wunderschön, groß und sauber. Es gibt reichlich Platz, ABER: im obersten Geschoss wohnt eine Familie die in der Früh aufsteht und arbeiten geht. Die Wohnung ist durch eine verschlossene Verbindungstüre abgetrennt, alleine ist man deswegen aber noch lange nicht. Staubsaugen und diverser anderer Lärm vor allem in der Früh (05:30) hat den Aufenthalt leider etwas vermiest. Definitiv kein Haus für Langschläfer. Da wir explizit nach einem ganzen Haus gesucht haben waren wir darüber eher enttäuscht, aber anscheinend kennen wir den Unterschied zwischen Apartmenthaus und Ferienhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen nicht. Kaution wurde leider auch noch nicht erstattet (2 Tage überfällig, keine kommunizierten Beanstandungen).
