Exclusive apartment in a residential complex in Puerto de la Cruz - La Paz

Exclusive apartment (48m²) for up to 2 persons in a condominium with large balcony (18 m²) in the middle of the 5000m² beautifully landscaped garden with 2 outdoor swimming pools (1x heated).

In spring 2016 the apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished!

Located in the residential area La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz on the 2nd and last floor (with elevator) with views to the Teide and the sea.

Living area:

Ecksitzcouch, Loewe flat screen TV with German programs as well as radio, CD / DVD / BlueRay player and balcony access.

Kitchen area:

Kitchen with granite countertops and ample kitchen equipment, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, Senseo coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, orange juice press, digital indoor and outdoor thermometer and dining area at the counter.

Bedroom:

Double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) with adjustable slatted frames and quality mattresses, large wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers and styling / writing desk, hairdryer and balcony access.

Bathroom:

Bathtub with thermostat and shower enclosure, washbasin with built-in cupboard, built-in wardrobe with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Balcony about 18 m²:

4 adjustable highchair chairs with table as well as 2 sunbeds with cushions and electrically extensible awning.

Outdoor area for common use:

Pool 1: 15 x 7 m, open all year round, heated (below the apartment)

Pool 2: 15 x 7 m, open all year, unheated

- Each has a shower by the pool with cold and hot water connection.

Situated in the 5000 m² beautifully landscaped and planted garden.

Local service charges according to consumption (basic consumption of 4 kWh / day inclusive).

Bed linen, towels, WLAN and underground car park can be booked for a fee.

Security deposit € 200.

Pets are not allowed.

It is a non-smoking apartment.

The residential complex:

The well-kept, secluded residential complex LAURISILVA is located in the residential area La Paz, about 350 meters from the Botanical Garden and next to the Hotel Riu Garoe. A small food market with fresh bread rolls is located directly in the residential complex.

Town center Puerto de la Cruz 1500m.

Bus stop approx. 400 m.

Santa Cruz about 37 km.

Car Rental Tenerife:

A car is not absolutely necessary - but highly recommended. - For most landlords a vehicle can be picked up directly at the airport.

Flights to Tenerife:

Tenerife has 2 airports. An airport is located in the south of the island (journey time to the apartment about 50 minutes) approx. 89 km, the second airport is located in the north of the island (journey time to the apartment about 15 minutes) about 25 km.

From both German airports both airports are moored. The flight time is about 4.5 hours.

The tourist center in the north of the island offers something for every holidaymaker: the cozy old town with countless pubs and restaurants, with old houses in the Canarian style and shady squares, the beautiful beach promenade, bathing in the Lago Martiánez, the water landscape created by the Canarian artist César Manrique Such as a visit to the botanical garden. The Loro Park with 1600 parrots and many other animal species, orchid house and dolphinarium as well as the artificial beach Playa Jardín in the west are other attractions. 9-hole golf course.

Very clean bright modern apartment in tranquil setting

Really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location. Flat was spotless and very well equipped. We had a car but not a necessity as plenty of places to eat and have a drink within 10 minutes walk. More options a further 10 mins walk all downhill in the town center however a steep walk back but taxis are cheap and plentiful about 4-5 euros. Good communication and would have no problem in recommending. Looking forward to returning soon
