wunderbare Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt

Die Wohnung in der gepflegten Anlage samt aller Kommunikation war wieder wunderbar. Auch als ein Problem auftrat, kam sofort Hilfe. Die Lage im ruhigen Ort Palm Mar ist gut. Leider ist das Naturschutzgebiet, das genau gegenüber beginnt, immer noch geschlossen für Besucher. Als negativ haben wir empfunden, dass es mehrmals täglich üblen Geruch im Ort gab. Zunächst hielten wir es für Gülle, aber die Regelmäßigkeit des Auftretens zeigt, dass es etwas anderes sein muss, z.B. das örtliche Bewässerungssystem. Das war leider störend, musste man alle Fenster und Balkontüren schließen. Die Wohnung jedoch verdient jedes Lob!

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement exceptionnel à Las Olas. Sa propreté impeccable et son design moderne m'ont immédiatement enchanté. Les deux terrasses offrent des vues incroyables, et les deux salles de bains ajoutent une grande commodité. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait, avec un accès facile aux attractions locales. Mon séjour ici a été des plus agréables et je le recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs en quête d'un logement de qualité à Las Olas sur Palm Mar

Estancia agradable en un entorno tranquilo

El apartamento es muy amplio, luminoso, acogedor y muy bien equipado. Dispone de dos terrazas preciosas. En la urbanizacion hay una piscina grande con amacas.

perfekte Wohnung für Entspannung abseits der Touristenhochburgen und doch zentral

Ebenso perfekt wie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe war dann auch die Wohnung. Mit hochwertigen reichlich vorhandenen Küchenutensilien sowie ausreichend Wäsche unterscheidet sich dieses Objekt wohltuend von anderen, die Design nur im Titel führen. Alles war im besten Zustand, so z.B. die Bratpfanne ganz neu, Staubsauger mit leerem Beutel, Fernsehen mit vielen deutschen Sendern, Internet ging zu jeder Zeit tadellos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, auch die Garage war top. Man kann beide Balkone gleichermaßen nutzen, der Platz ist reichlich vorhanden. In der Wohnung gibt es massig Einbauschränke, so dass sie auch für Langzeitaufenthalte sehr geeignet ist.
