About this property

This Provencal villa, completely renovated in 2020, is located in the higher part of Les Issambres with beautiful panoramic sea views. Through the electric gate you enter the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, with heated infinity pool of 9 x 4 meters with counter cutrrent machine so that you can keep on swimming, and spacious terraces, with outdoor kitchen and Weber gas barbecue. The 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all have a panoramic sea view and open onto a large terrace. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the other bedrooms 2 single beds. Cot, baby bath and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms with a shower on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped open kitchen and the large living room with air conditioning, Sonos sound system, and heating. The villa is located in a quiet area 1 km from the sea. A beautiful villa for a successful and peaceful holiday.
