You live in a comfortably furnished thatched house, of 110m², located in the immediate vicinity of the 18-hole golf course and offers a wonderful view into the vast undeveloped landscape. The ground floor has an open kitchen with a large living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The spacious living room is equipped with a sitting area with TV, DVD player, radio, large dining table and kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). From the living room you enter the south facing terrace. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the second Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. Per person you have a laundry package in initial available. A parking space is located directly at the house, another is in the common parking lot. Shelter for bicycles. Non smoking home. No animals. The up-and-coming community Wittenbeck is located between the traditional seaside resorts Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the nature reserve "cooling", the community presents itself as a contemplative holiday destination for the whole family.
  The local beach access in about 2 km away lures with extensive beach activities. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany also presents itself in Wittenbeck.
