Es sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden, dass es fast 60 Stufen sind, die bewältigt werden müssen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Sonst war alles gut bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung nicht beheizbar war. Bei Außentemperaturen von unter 10 Grad und Sturm, etwas was in Norddeutschland im Juni durchaus vorkommen kann, eine doch recht ungemütliche Erfahrung die den Gesamteindruck nachhaltig negativ beeinflusst.
