This Unit is one of a kind. Live your pleasure. Direct oceanfront. Whales in season, Views of Molokai and Lanai. Turtles feeding on the reef (about 12:00 and 5:00). Shade or sun, what's your pleasure.

Rent our unit you'll enjoy and like this unit. You won't be disappointed.

Keywords: Your will find sitting on the lanai of this unit very relaxing. Looking out at palm trees and islands, and ocean. Sunsets awsome, sunrises beautiful. You go to Maui to experience these things. As a matter of fact, looking at both Lanai and Molokai, will give you lots of pleasure. The kitchen is completely furnished and ready for you to prepare your meals or bring them home from the deli across the street. The Farmers Market one half block down is open three days a week from 7 to 11, 7:30 to 11:00.. Fix your self a great salad, get your Maui Gold Pineapple. The fish market down the street brings in fresh fish daily (about 11:00 a.m.) and serves delicious take out. Give it a try. Throw it on the new Grills in the Cabana or cook at home. Spend some time in the pool and jacuzzi.

You will get a great night's rest in one of the two bedrooms. Each with its own separate bath. Linens provided. High boy commodes for handicapped guests.

Cozy up with a good book on the sofa before turning in or watch television on the new LCD television. WiFi is there for your convenience. Free landline telephone calls to USA mainland, Canada.

In the evenings take a walk down the street to Java Jive and have a cup of coffee, glass of wine, listen to music, have dinner Java serves Breakfast too. Walk to the Kaanapali Beach and Boardwalk. Stroll down to Whaler's Village and take the Maui Bus back to the condo. Stop s right out front. The Boardwalk is filled with great places to eat.

Want to go out to dinner, try Dukes down the street and around the corner.

We have always loved coming to Maui. We all really get sunburned so we decided we needed a unit on the ocean with a lanai.

Why Joan Sorensen chose Honokowai

We chose this location because of its beauty and access to the ocean and it was large enough to fit all of as we grew up. Two bathrooms are just the ticket for us as well as the two bedrooms.

What makes this condo unique

Your view of Molokai and Lanai is spectacular, the turtles feeding out front are fun to watch and during whale season the whales are pretty neat to view. This property is close enough to shopping and allows great morning walks. Easy access for young folks and old folks for snorkeling! It has a Jacuzzi, pool, barbeque and beach chairs for sitting and just looking and reading. You have access to WiFi in your unit and the building comes equipped with several in-house washer and dryers. In house activities manager.

The view is breathtaking and the location perfect.

We saw Sea Turtles every day from the room. You are literally steps from the ocean. The beds were comfortable and you had everything you need. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The location is perfect. Joan is the sweetest lady and very attentive.

One of the best locations with a beautiful view of the sunset!

The condo is located perfectly in between Ka’anapali and Napili. It is on the first level, but is actually the 2nd level with great views. We spent most of our time on the lanai and were very happy with the property. It is dated, but that didn’t matter to us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. They even had games, beach chairs, and a boogie board for our use. We added a cooler and 2 more boogie boards. The location is close to our favorite restaurants: The Gazebo, Merriman’s, Kimo’s, and The Hula Grill. We also enjoyed the Farmer’s Market and Bad Ass Coffee across the street. I would definitely recommend Joan’s condo. She was very helpful when we needed a light bulb and help with the TV. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot.

great spot

the two of us and our 3-year-old stayed here for 5 nights in May 2018. wonderful well-maintained property, great unit with ocean breeze flowing throughout all day long. we visited Honokowai Beach Park right next door daily, got food from all the great spots across the street (Fish Market, Okazuya, Farmer's Market, Slappy Cakes to make our own pancakes, etc). 10 minute drive south to Lahaina or north to Kapalua. owner was extremely responsive and everything was taken care of professionally. Mahalo for the lovely vacation :)

First floor lanai couldn’t get any closer to the ocean.

Conveniently located and comfortable condo. The sound of the surf was amazing. Several places to eat close by as well as a convenience store for food and beverages. We couldn’t find a parking space at Kapalua Beach, so we used Uber most days. I highly recommend Uber. The drivers had recommendations, and no worries about parking or break ins. Joan’s condo and the Paki Maui property are well maintained. We look forward to staying again. Hopefully the sun will come out to play the next time we visit. Mahalo, Joan.
