Relaxing Break

Modern Penthouse with a great view. The Roof terrace is an ideal suntrap when you need some "Me time" away from the poolside. Spotlessly clean also. Highly recommended.

A comfortable well appointed appartment.

All four of us thought the apartment was lovely, bright and airy. We would all come again, but later in the season so we could enjoy the excellent rooftop terrace. The only tiny issue was we couldn't find English tv channels, not that we wanted it much, but it would have been nice to have the option. We were out most of the time playing golf or enjoying the most excellent restaurants and bars, especially The Almond Tree and Roots Bar. I have been holidaying here for the last 5 years, but for my 3 friends it was their first time in the north. They were all most taken with the warmth and friendliness of northern Cyprus. They have all said they will come again and would definitely book Herr Kellers lovely penthouse.

Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage welche direkt an einer tollen Bucht liegt. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich das Beste an der ganzen Wohnung. Hier hat man einen perfekten Rundumblick auf Meer sowie Berge.

Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist für eine durchschnittliche Familie mehr als ausreichend. Die tolle Ausstattung tun für das Wohlbefinden ihr übriges. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!

Und falls doch würde der Vermieter sofort für Abhilfe sorgen!!! Davon sind wir mehrmals persönlich überzeugt worden.

Er hat sich um jede noch so kleine Bitte umgehend gekümmert und sofort für eine Lösung gesorgt.

Ein Mietwagen ist zwar kein Muss aber empfehlenswert wenn man etwas mehr als nur das Areal um die Anlage sehen möchte!

Wer hier Urlaub macht, aber nicht die Anlage verlässt ist selbst Schuld!!!

Das ist keine negative Meinung zu der Wohnung sondern liegt schlichtweg an dieser tollen Insel!

Wir waren fast jeden morgen unterwegs und haben, wie jedes Jahr seit 2015, die Insel auf eigene Faust erkundet.

Den Nachmittag/Abend haben wir dann in der Wohnung/Balkon/Dachterrasse genossen. Mit perfekt gegrilltem Fleisch vom Grill und dazu ein oder manchmal auch zwei Glas Wein.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Great apartment and great location

We spent 2 weeks is Klaus' penthouse apartment and I have to say it is a fantastic apartment with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday.

The roof terrace is great when you don't want to lie by the pool - which is right outside.

The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. The water cooler is a great feature.

You do need a car to get around and there are plenty restaurants nearby. 2 good ones - in our opinion anyway - Seaview, Just past Esentepe on the main road. Good food and music too. Cafe Chimera in Kyernia harbour near the castle.

Go to Ballapais abbey and St Hillarion castle. You won't regret it. When in Bellapais, if you want a light lunch, go to Cafe Oregano. Great coffee and sandwiches and friendly hosts.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir möchten uns nochmal recht herzlich für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Die Wohnung einfach super, es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlten uns in der liebevollen eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl. Lieben Dank auch für den tollen Kontakt vor und während des Urlaubs.

Es war einfach nur perfekt, immer wieder gerne!!

Owner's Response: Ja es waren aber auch gute Mieter ,die mit unserer Wohnung sorgfältig umgegangen sind Da macht die Vermietung richtig Spass und gerne haben wir ein welcome package mit Frühstück , Kaffee Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt . Auch die Flasche Rotwein am Abend von uns hat sicher gemundet
