About this property

The "Waldhaus" 2000 was completely restored in the old style baths and is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable apartments.

Our modern furnished 2018 completely renovated apartment got in January 2019 now also a completely new bathroom. The apartment is in the 3. Floor and is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach and promenade.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom additionally with TV) living room with dining area, kitchenette with extensive equipment such as stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle dishwasher etc., bathroom with bath, vanity and toilet and a balcony (Logia) With
Sea views.

Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the living room, the bathroom or the furnished balcony.

The beds are made upon arrival and
thus may your holiday begin sfort.

Es sind 66 Stufen bis zur Wohnung, dafür entschädigt die kleine Dachterrasse. Ein Smart-Tv wäre schön gewesen.

Klein, aber fein

Kleine feine Wohnung, optimal ausgenutzt. Fand das Bad durch die schräge Wand etwas niedrig, auch den Spiegel, aber wir sind auch alle recht groß. Für die Woche war das kein Problem, zumal die Dusche auch wunderbar groß war. Die Küche war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da. Mein Teenager hat sich über ein quietschendes Bett beschwert... wir haben es nicht bemerkt ;-) Die in den Beschreibungen schon erwähnten 66 Stufen fand selbst mein lauffauler Teenager nicht schlimm, da es ein sehr helles, schöne, geräumiges Treppenhaus war. Da hatten wir woanders definitiv schon steilere und unangenehmere Treppen zu erklimmen. War also eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn mit einer hervorragenden Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt TOP zentral und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klare Empfehlung trotz 66 Stufen :-) …..

Klein aber fein!

Nach einem Aufstieg von 66 Stufen erreicht man eine nette kleine Wohnung. Man hat das Beste aus der Aussicht rausgholt was baulich möglich ist! Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Haben uns wohlgefühlt und den sehr kurzen Weg zum Wasser genossen!! Hatten Glück das scheinbar nicht alle Gäste Fahrräder hatten, sonst wäre der Schuppen zu klein gewesen. Das ist aber unerheblich, da auch draußen Fahrradständer waren. (Nur für Leihräder...;-))
