The house is located on a Tree-lined upscale residential street with easy access to the freeway. It has vaulted ceilings. A modern kitchen with granite counter tops. A Large back yard with Orange Tree, covered patio, gas BBQ & Hot Tub.

There are 3 Bedrooms - all Queen size beds. (only one bedroom upstairs) (2 bedrooms downstairs)

Family room with Piano & TV.

Extra roll away beds available upon request.

There are 3 TVs with premium channels HBO, Showtime & wireless Internet WIFI, everything for a wonderful vacation in LA.

We have been hosting for a while and we are loving every single moment of it. We genuinely care about our guests and want to make sure that each and every one has the best possible experience staying at our home and their visit is seamless, happy and memorable.

Great Walking neighborhood with pride of ownership is showcased here. If you like architecture this neighborhood has charm. Each house is custom built and every house looks different. It offers Tree-Lined mature Magnolia trees.

The house has been completely renovated yet retains it's old charm. The layout is very open with well appointed 3 bedrooms and a spacious back yard. You'll also have your own driveway for your cars so parking is very convenient, just steps from your front door. Extremely quiet and peaceful street. It's a refuge in the middle of bustling LA.

Close to major studios NOHO Arts district; Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, LA Zoo, Burbank Equestrian Center.

Just a few blocks from the Metro rail station, board Universal City,1st stop Hollywood, (Hollywood Blvd 'Walk of Fame', the new Hollywood and Highland complex, Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars, and the famous Graumann's Chinese Theater where you can stand in the footprints of your favorite movie stars.

We are located 2 blocks from the Ventura and 101 freeway, and 1 block walk to the local supermarket and Starbucks. Lots of great local restaurants on Ventura Blvd just a short walk away.

A short 10 minutes drive over Laurel Canyon crossing Mulholland Drive will take you into West Hollywood and trendy Melrose Ave, and just a little further to chic Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed in this house for 18 days.We were two families having 2 kids.First of all the location of the house is perfect.It is very easy to reach to most popular places in LA.The garden was perfect for the kids.The barbecue was easy to use,the jacuzzi was amazing.The bedrooms are big enough.One of them has its own bathroom.The kitchen was very big with lots of appliances.But the most important thing about the house is the owner and the neighbours.The owner helped us a lot about everything we needed.He was very helpful and friendly.The neighbours are also very friendly.The house itself totally reached all our expectations and more!We would definately recommend this house to anyone visiting LA .

The Vacation home very cozy and comfortable.

We traveled with another couple and found the vacation home was so comfortable and spacious

We wanted to stay a home verses a hotel to be free to lounge outside, or have the extra private room to cook, play cards, etc.

We enjoyed the convenience this home was centered perfectly close to the selected venues we scheduled to see and visit.

When we met the owner (Paul), he was friendly and gave us great information on the surrounding area and restaurants.

Paul answered all our questions and gave us great travel routes.

We will definitely come back to this vacation home next time we come to Los Angeles.

Summer Vacation Stay

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably at this property. Plenty of space for all. Owners were very accommodating and I was pleasantly surprised with all the little extra amenities that were offered ie: shampoo, conditioner, spices, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Location was ideal for our trip with close proximity to our sites. The beach, Universal, museums and market were a short drive, but don't forget to add additional time for that LA traffic! The house sits quietly in the neighborhood which we felt safe to take evening walks in and saw many neighbors out walking as well. Looking forward to returning to this property on our next trip to Los Angelo's.

Home away from home

Our family of six adults enjoyed a home away from home experience. The beds are comfortable, great shower pressure, fully stocked kitchen and a safe and quiet suburban neighbourhood. Plenty of space. We spent evenings kicking back on the veranda enjoying the twinkling garden lights or in the hot tub. It was five minutes access to freeways to get you anywhere in LA. Paul is a very conscientious owner and it was a pleasure to get to know him. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Beautiful house, excellent host!

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. We were a group of 2 families, 8 people in all.

The house is large, airy, bright. Beautifully and fully furnished, with a very well stocked kitchen. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, rather than an impersonal rental. Paul is definitely the best feature :) He was warm, friendly, helpful and basically a perfect host.

The house:

Couple of points: There are beds for 6, as well as 2 fairly comfy roll aways. But a roll away isn't as good as a real bed, so be aware of that. Our kids were fine, especially as we were there for only 3 nights, but I wouldn't want them to sleep on the roll away for an entire week.

The house has 2 bathrooms, which were also airy and bright and in good condition. Again, would be perfect for 4-6 people, I think.

The 3rd bedroom is upstairs, and the stairs are steep. It was fine for us, but may be an issue for older guests.

I knew all this when I booked, so we were fine.

The kitchen is beautiful, modern, functional, and very well stocked. We ate in twice and had everything we needed.

The backyard and porch was so peaceful and beautiful. Didn't try the hot tub, but it looked wonderful.

Great towels and linens. Even had beach toys, chairs, towels etc. A very nice touch.

Great washer/dryer and good wifi too.

Cute little Post Its around the house give you useful info about the house and how to use the stuff.

I was very happy with the house!!

The location/neighborhood:

We felt very safe. Beautiful, quiet street.

Only 10 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Hollywood! Since those were our main sights, it was perfect!

Venice beach was about 40 minutes. Quick access to freeways, lots of restaurants near by.

There are several grocery stores near by, the Whole Foods is only 5 minutes away by car.

If you like Thai food, I'd recommend Monster Thai, near the Whole Foods. Excellent Thai food, great for take out!

The host:

We were met by Paul (he and his wife stay in the guest cottage). Paul was awesome. Thank you Paul for taking care of us! We didn't meet Daisy. The whole neighborhood lost power for one day...fortunately we were gone for most of it. It did mess up the TV and the Wifi, but Paul had all of it fixed by the next morning.

If I returned to LA, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Paul... for letting us enjoy your wonderful home, resolving the small issues, sharing the delicious oranges, and the quick refund of the damage deposit!!!
