In traditional Dalmatian style built, the modern interior meets all requirements of an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The tap water is obtained via a water reservoir. Hot water and electricity produced by a solar system. Both levels have a terrace with stunning views over olive groves and vineyards to the romantic village Dracevica and the sea. On the large terrace, a fireplace for grilling and cooking is available. An ambience that creates authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
From the paved road leads about 4.6 km there is a gravel road (partly concrete) to the house.
In October you can participate in the olive harvest and olive oil production - a unique experience! As a reward for your cooperation you get a part of the olives collected from you - bottled for you to take along.
Our house is alone and nestled in an unspoilt olive grove. The plot is terraced gently rising (10000qm) and except olive, there are almond and fig trees, sage and rosemary.
No neighbors! Absolute peace! Pure nature!
From the house you can take direct hiking and mountain biking off the usual roads. The bike path "Tramuntana" leads the way almost directly past our house.
On the cycle-friendly island of Brac there are bike paths through the more than 1000 kilometers of pristine nature. Associate numerous places on the island!
