The Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples, in the middle of the entertainment and Restaurant District. Our building consists of six exclusive and private residences on the third floor with balconies overlooking Camier Park, Von Liebig Art Center, and Sugdon Theater. Pristine white sand beaches, and some of the best dining and shopping in Florida are at your doorstep. Our unique guest residences all have exotic Brazilian cherry floors, solid mahogany doors and cabinets with granite countertops. Each residence is furnished with antiques and Persian rugs, and have fully equipped kitchens. All residences have full laundry rooms with washer and dryer. Our private, heated pool located on the second floor, is available for our quests. Ingram Building also provides wireless internet and free local telephone service. Elevators are located front and back.

The Ingram Buliding is one of the few remaining family owned businesses in Old Naples. It was originally the location of Ingram Hardware which served the area from the late 1940s until 1980s. The property was developed and is run by Dan Ruhl who is the grandson of the late Roy Ingram.

Excellent place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Location was ideal for us in the heart of Fifth Avenue. So close to everything in town. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the activity on the street. Kitchen very spacious and well appointed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. The one thing that was a bit of a concern with our party of five was that the third bedroom is quite tight and needs more lighting. Otherwise this would be a 5* rating from us. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Place was in an incredible location . So much to do. Shopping , food, entertainment. just awesome .

Condo was immaculate Had everything we needed . 6 people in my family and plenty of room for all . Upon arrival I met the cleaning crew and they were so helpful and very nice. Prime spot for food, shopping , short walk to beach . Nightlife was incredible. The street was decorated beautifully. The property manager and owner were very helpful and accommodating . I would love to make this a yearly tradition . My wife and kids loved it .

Great location and facilities

Wonderful host who welcomed us and many thanks to John who provided us with extra items ( additional beach chairs and cutlery ) promptly . Apartment is very well equipped and stunning - fabulous location and great parking . Close to all the attractions and eateries and a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk to the fabulous beaches

Would have been good to see someone on checkout as we were returning to UK and would have liked the reassurance that our deposit would be refunded

Would certainly like a return visit - but stay longer !!!

Cambier Park and the Von Liebig Art Center, situated directly behind the building, have events which include evening and Sunday concerts in the park, arts and craft fairs, art shows and art lessons as well as other activities. . Our units facing 5th Ave. have balconies overlooking the Avenue. You will find some of the best dining and shopping in Florida along with entertainment provided by Sugden Community Theater, Evenings on 5th, award winning art shows, just to mention a few. We have a secluded heated pool on the 2nd floor for the use of our guests. This private pool overlooks Cambier Park.
