Spacious house in the private garden peacefully surrounded by fields and only 1.3 km from the sandy beach of Marathon Bay as well as taverns, cafes and shops. There are many opportunities for excursions and activities. As well as visits to Athens. (40km)
The 55sqm house is surrounded by fields and is protected in a fenced garden.
1 room with double bed, 1 room with double sofa bed, living room with dining table and wood stove, kitchen and bathroom with small shower or Hip bath (not tiled)
The terrace is sometimes wonderfully cool in the shade of a large tree, has a table, chairs, chaise longue and a portable, simple grill.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The area around Marathonas is still original. Since agriculture is practiced here, there is no building land with which it is almost exclusively populated by villagers and little tourism is practiced. (The crowd on the beach and in the taverns consists mainly of weekend Athenians.
There are many offers. Surfing, sailing, horseback riding, hiking, or day trips to Evia by ferry, museum visits, day trips to Athens (40km)
Or simply enjoy a book in peace and privacy in the beautiful garden.
You can eat good and relatively inexpensive (by Greek standards) family-run traditional taverns right on the beach.
The house is only 1.3 km from the beach, shops, cafes, bars, a pool bar, bakery.
You can easily walk the quiet country road, but it is advisable to have a car available.

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit Traum Garteb

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, und für Familien super geeignet! Nach der Wegbeschreibung findet man das Haus schnell. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen und zum genießen ein. Macht man das Tor auf sieht man ein Wunderschönes Feld. Ich würde immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Entspannung pur

Haus und Garten laden zum entspannen ein und sollte man ins Wasser wollen, ist der Strand ganz nah dran und wunderschön für groß und klein. Für entdeckungsfreudige ist Athen - wie es ja sein muss - etwa 42 Kilometer von Marathon entfernt und Fähren zu Inseln gibt es auch in der Nähe. Unsere Gastgeberin hat alles prima vorbereitet. Überhaupt sind wir bedingungslos zufrieden :-)
