The property is in an absolutely quiet location in the Oberes Hasserode district. The comfortable apartment was renovated in 2015 and is located on the 1st Upstairs. The living area is approximately 100 square meters. The apartment has a balcony and a veranda, which can be used in suitable weather conditions. The garden can be used for holiday purposes. The Hasseröder holiday park with its numerous leisure and sports facilities is about 300 m away. The Harz narrow-gauge railway is about 500 m away. Numerous signposted hiking trails can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Ideal terrain for `nordic walking`, mountain biking` and` jogging` is directly accessible. In good snow conditions, there is a connection to groomed trails.

Very pleasant 1st floor apartment for four adults.

Very nice apartment, short drive into Wernigerode which is well worth visiting. Everything was fine - and plenty of room for four adults. Nice verandah with open sides for sitting and another with windows when cooler. No corkscrew but Swiss army knife to the rescue.

Schöne aber hellhörige Altbauwohnung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat einen schönen Wohn-Essbereich. Die Veranda ist im Winter leider nicht nutzbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist sauber und völlig ausreichend. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass die Wohnung wirklich sehr hellhörig ist. Von oben hört man die Schritte und von unten die Gespräche der anderen Gäste. Im Gesamten aber in Ordnung für einen Aufenthalt in Wernigerode, da man sehr schnell in der Stadt ist und auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten im Harz von hier aus gut erreichen kann.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Harz verbracht. Gute Lage für den Start von Wanderungen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz für 4 Personen.
