Beautiful 800 year old house located right on Lake Como in Rezzonico. The house was renovated again in 2013 with the highest quality materials. If you go outside, you are only a few steps to the lake. Rezzonico has a number of small beaches and not very touristy. The property consists of three floors. The ground floor has a beautiful living room with a breathtaking view of Lake Como from several windows and with a kitchen with all necessary amenities. The living room has a high quality sofa bed with an excellent mattress. On the first floor is a large bedroom with patio doors with a direct view of the lake. There is an attic above the bedroom.
