A villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living / dining room.

A bedroom with shower room with private entrance is a separate studio right on the main building.

The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, kitchen and a large living / dining area.

In front of the living / dining room and the one bedroom is the large private terrace overlooking the market square.

From the kitchen and the studio, it goes to the terrace behind the house with the attached community garden.

The public swimming pool (paid) is 3 minutes walk away. Restaurants, banks and shops are nearby.

The beach is 5-6 minutes drive.

When moving in, the power is read and you pay your actual consumption when moving out € 0.26 / KW. Children and extra beds € 3 per day.

For arrivals and departures between 20.00 o'clock and 8.00 o'clock and arrivals or departures on weekends a surcharge of 50 € will be charged upon arrival.

Linen package per person 10 € includes linen and towels can be provided

Airport transfer can be booked, per car 50 € by car

Very well equipped house, amenities within walking distance.

Nice property. Comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Liked the annex accommodation. Outside shower to cool you off as no pool. Close to public pool. Market opposite house on Thursdays. Not far to bars and restaurants. Supermarkets handy.
