The house is only about 1.5 km from Colonia de Sant Pere, where there are a supermarket and a few restaurants. For those who's looking for more shopping and a bigger variety of restaurants, Can Picafort is only 18 km up the coast. Can Picafort offers everything you need on your holiday. There are many different restaurants, bars, cafes and some nightlife. Just on the outskirts of Can Picafort, in the middle of a warehouse area, you can also see Sepulcro Dolménico the Son Bauló, a very well-preserved burial ground from the Bronze Age. It is made as a sort of outdoor museum, and here are found various artifacts. If you want to experience the old town of Alcudia it takes about 15 minutes. Here you can explore the old town with narrow streets paved with cobblestones, and you can not miss the old city walls from the middle ages which is declared a Spanish heritage. In town there are many restaurants that are known for their homemade dishes. Throughout the year there is also a market two days a week; Sundays and Thursdays.


The house is 140 m2 distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room with sofas, satellite TV and dining table. From here it is open to the little kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition, here are a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor the other two bedrooms. One has a large double bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds. Both of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning installed.


The house has a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy the lovely view of the sea. In the middle of the garden is the private pool which measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.10. Here are 4 sunbeds. There is also a balcony on the first floor.
