This large country house offers with 450m² plenty of space for 20 people. Perfect for multiple families, or for social events, such as family vacations, weddings, business trips or parties. Situated between Palma and Soller, the location is perfect, as you can quickly reach major cities.
Built in 1902, the house is completely renovated, but retains the character of past years. The interior is decorated with antique furniture, but it's very cozy. The large lounge serves as a common room and from here you have access to a kitchen and a large covered terrace with barbecue.
Outside, is the large garden area, more terraces and large swimming pool. Nevertheless, if you want to be active, you can have some games on one of the 2 private tennis courts.
The outdoor area is family-friendly and even has a playground with swings, climbing frame and a wooden tent to spend nights outside.

Palma de Mallorca is located just 5 km from the finca, which is located in a small suburb named "Son Sardina", and there you have a number of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
A rental car would be an advantage here, because you reach faster Palma or the big beautiful bay of Palma de Mallorca. Platja Ca'n Pere Antoni is only 1km away from Palma de Mallorca, where they can experience many activities. In 10 minutes you reach the resort of S'Arenal, with its popular Ballerman. If you are looking for party, disco and a dream beach, you're at the right place here!
