The Mallorcan Finca Son Bauló is situated on the same road in the town of Lloret de Vistalegre in the midst of a 4,000 m² and completely fenced plot with extensive views of the surrounding fields to the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains in the West. On both sides of the house offer two covered terraces, each with seating, pleasant shady spots any time of day. The separate area with barbecue invites you to enjoy barbecues. The garden also stand a rustic seating area with shade sail ready and a total of 6 poolside loungers. In the lovely garden eventually find more shady palm trees and two swings for children. The approximately 4.5 by 9 meters wide and up to 2 meters deep pool invites on sunny days for swimming. House, land and pool are for single use.

The cozy and furnished chalet includes at the bottom of a modern and fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and pool. Adjacent to it there is a separate utility room with washing machine, the lower small bathroom with shower adjacent. One bedroom is located here as well as the living and dining room with its own exit on the western terrace of the can from one evening to enjoy the sunset over the Tramuntana mountains. About a staircase leads to the upper floor and two further bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds for more flexibility. Of course, the beds can be put together and each bedroom has a closet. The large bathroom with tub and bidet is also located above.

The authentic place Lloret de Vistalegre with gastronomic heritage can be reached on foot in just 2 kilometers. Many restaurants and small shops can be found in the center. By car can be reached in less than half an hour, the beautiful beaches of the North or East Coast, bringing Lloret offers a good starting position for a relaxing yet fun-filled holiday.

Ein Traum

Ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus, der Garten, die Lage. Alles was man benötigt ist da. Von einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach, Waschmaschine etc), TV, WLAN, zwei Badezimmer, gute Betten und und und. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt (wie auch das ganze Haus). Das Wasser im Pool ist weich, die Grillecke perfekt. Loungeecke, Hängematte. Alles da. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell am Meer, in Palma oder beim schönsten Wochenmarkt in Sineu. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche gebracht.

Schöne Ferien auf dem Land

Wir haben dieses Haus mit einem befreundeten Paar angemietet und waren alle vier schlichtweg begeistert. Besonders das Platzangebot der wundervollen Außenanlage hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Durch die unterschiedlichen Terrassen rund um das Haus, konnte man sich ohne Probleme auch mal gut und gerne alleine zurückziehen und die ruhige Lage des Hauses genießen. Der große Pool ist blickgeschützt und wurde von uns täglich genutzt, auch wenn wir gerne an den nächsten Strand Playa de Muro gefahren sind.

Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, und die Ausstattung bietet alles was wir brauchten.

Das absolute Highlight ist die gemauerte Grillstation, auf der wir beinahe jeden Abend tolles Fleisch und frischen Fisch zubereitet haben. Der krönende Abschluss eines jeden Tages war der sagenhafte Sonnenuntergang, den wir bei einer guten Flasche Wein von einer der Terrassen beobachtet haben.

The romantic village of Lloret de Vistalegre offers the visitor a more typical Majorcan village life - away from mass tourism in the middle of a beautiful scenery. The old village center with the beautiful church invites you for a leisurely stroll in through the alleys. Many bars, cafes and restaurants offer local delicacies. In just five minutes from the neighboring village Sineu - where there is next to shops and a rail connection also a 24-hour infirmary. Every Wednesday there the large weekly market - whether crafts, fresh fruit or vegetables - here is something for everyone. Overall, the central location is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. In just 25 minutes you are at the next beach (Playa de Muro) and in less than half an hour you can reach Palma.
