Easy access to all of Copenhagen.
In this area, there are many cosy and excellent restaurants, which are still undiscovered by tourists. All in all great place to explore.

Spacious and appealing apartment in an older building in the centre of Copenhagen.
The apartment has two levels and consists of the following:
First floor: Hall, kitchen, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with another sofa bed with direct access to the combined toilet and bathroom, separate smaller toilet, sitting room.
Second floor: A very large room used as bedroom and office.
Wifi, TV with a limited selection of channels, dishwasher.
The apartment is located on the third and fourth floor in a building without lift.

The house is almost 200 years old, full of character and located ideally. For people looking for an unique experience in Copenhagen they can definitely find it here. We did enjoy our stay. However, you just have to then tolerate the inconvenience of: super noisy night bars that goes on till 3am and street cleaning starts at 6am; lack of accessories such as no garbage bin in the washroom, non-sealing shower doors that will make the whole bathroom a wet mess, etc. The rental manager is nice and accommodating, at least on the first day when we arrived (the key they delivered was not working and we had to wait over an hour as they frantically trying everything to open the door). But nothing was mentioned such as a later checkout or small compensation as a good will gesture for our inconvenience. Also the owner really could do some interior upgrade if they do care. The devil is in the details and it's in that I feel this overall stay lacks.
We were a family of six arriving from Barcelona around 8:30pm. The apartment is located in an absolutely ideal location. It is on the third floor of an old building, both have lots of charm. I am not sure the neighbors in the flats below are appreciative of people renting the flat - the one below made it clear we were loud (which is possible with four kids) and were disrupting her baby's sleep (again, I can appreciate, but it was constantly on our mind). The beds were not made, and after I contacted the management agency, she said it was because they wanted us to know the linens were clean. Well, that was good because they were about the only thing clean in the flat. We have four boys, and are used to a certain level of hygiene, but for example, the mats int the bathroom were old and very dirty, the dining room table had not been wiped down. The apartment has incredible potential. It just needs to be cleaned before letting it to other families.
Nice old house, with squeeking floorboards and some challenging stairs. The appartement could do with some modernization, e.g. in plumbing (shower is leaking, flooding the bathroom) and electricity. Really annoying are the old locks in the doors, that refuse to open easily. We have spend quite some (cold Scandinavian) time trying to open both the front door and our appartement door, and at one time had to call on a neighbour to let us into the house.
The location of the appartement is perfect, in the middle of the city, very close to all the musea, shopping streets and touristic sites.
