detached modern house with panoramic views in a 1st 500 sqm large garden

The Thalassa house with its own hole has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the small secure Schapenberg Estate with beautiful views of the False Bay to the Cap and the mountains. The property offers privacy and is not nearly cost. In addition to the apartment in the basement of the house consists on the ground floor of a spacious living and sleeping areas. Kitchen, dining and living into each other and are only Duch cupboards or Fireplace separately. The picture window in the living area allows a breathtaking view. The sleeping area, the dressing room, the separate toilet and shower and the bathroom with bathtub also merge into each other and are only separated by floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. The sheltered covered terrace is accessible from both areas.

From the bedroom and the terrace leads as well as from the apartment through the garden to 10m long pool, allowing free swimming in the sea.

The attainable also from the main property apartment includes a living room with panoramic windows, a bathroom with toilet and a kitchinette.

At this level there is also a large utility room with washing machine and storage space for such. B. Suitcase.

In the vicinity of the property you will find almost everything you need to live and for leisure activities. (z. B. Supermarkets, golf course, wineries, sea, beach, marina and several restaurants).

Rundum ein Traum!

Fantastische Ausstattung, sehr stilvoll und hochwertigst eingerichtet, ein wunderbar blühender Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, schöner Pool... und der grandiose Blick begeistert immer wieder aufs Neue. Wir könnten immmer weiter schwärmen. Mit Abstand das beste Feriendomizil, das wir je hatten.

Tolle Unterkunft hier stimmt alles

Neben der ruhigen Lage in dem sicheren Schapenberg zeichnet sich das Haus durch eine außergewöhnliche Architektur aus. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts angefangen von der komplett ausgestatteten Küche bis zum deutschen Fernsehen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Gudrun ist perfekt. Wir Würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

Wundervoll

Dieses Haus wird geliebt. Das merkt man daran, wie sauber und gepflegt Garten und Einrichtung sind. Die Technik ist neu und tadellos. Sogar eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine gibt es. Vom Blick gar nicht erst zu reden. Über Somerset West, Strand, die False Bay, bis hin zum Kap der Guten Hoffnung. Traumhaft! Danke auch an Gudrun, die sich perfekt um uns gekümmert hat.
