The property includes a plot of 14 000 sqm, in a rural, leafy and idyllic area. Through much distance to the neighboring properties and very little traveled road absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed. To the village of Son Servera there are only 5 minutes, there is already a large supermarket (Eroski), encountered bakery, restaurants and bars. From there it is another 5 minutes from the beach with the popular resorts of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Sa Coma, where the long sandy beaches, pedestrian streets full of shops and entertainment venues as well as the large supermarkets Mercadona, LIDL and HIPER be reached.

Around the house a typical meditteraner garden was planted with palm trees, ornamental shrubs and lawns.

The house has 2 floors with a total area of ​​220sqm plus. 20 sqm covered terrace, next to 80 sqm open terrace, and an additional 80 square meter pool terrace. Several garden tables and chairs available. The pool has the mass 6 x 7 m and 3 m deep. Chairs and umbrellas. Poolside shower.

In addition to the house is the 'summer kitchen', a roofed building with built-in barbecue and sink.

The typical Majorcan finca was built more than 200 years ago and has for the most part more than 80 cm thick stone walls, which very well protects the interior against heat in summer and extreme cold in winter.

From 2000, the house has been extended and completely modernized, with insulated double glazed windows, shutters before all sheep rooms, central heating.

The decor is also typical Mallorcan, z. T. with antique furniture of the owner family and traditional, z. T. handcrafted fabrics.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove (3 burners), oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and separate capsule coffee machine, bread machine, kettle, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, large dining table, TV.

Housed separately are washer and dryer.

The living room on the ground floor has 2 sofas, fireplace and satellite TV.

A separate dining room is furnished in classic style, with dining table, cabinets, sofa and chair. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor, the fifth bedroom with separate cabinet / dressing room and third bathroom are upstairs.

Lage, Betreuung, Ausstattung und Einrichtung: TOP!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen im Juli 2016 zwei schöne, erholsame Wochen in der Villa Sa Font verlebt.

Durch die vom Eigentümer hergerichtete Begrüßung mit Getränken, Obst, Kuchen und einer Flasche Wein sowie viele liebevolle, kleine Details wie frische Blumen und dekorierte Kerzengläser fühlten wir uns gleich willkommen und wohl.

Alles was man benötigt, sei es Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenutensilien aber auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche, war ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Betten- und Handtuchwechsel wurde sogar durch eine kleine Zwischenreinigung des Bades ergänzt!

Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und bei Problemen jeglicher Art wird sofort jemand vorbeigeschickt, der sich darum kümmert.

Die Lage ist optimal, um abends etwas Unterhaltung im nahe gelegenen Cala Millor zu haben, seine Einkäufe zu erledigen und die vielfältigen Strände und Buchten an der Ostküste zu besuchen. Die Lage an der Straße bemerkt man tatsächlich so gut wie gar nicht, da die Finca so steht, dass man im Garten nichts von dem wirklich geringen Verkehrsaufkommen mitbekommt.

Auch die Betreuung von Herrn Klett, welcher bei Ankunft und Abreise vor Ort war sowie jederzeit erreichbar war und sich um jedes Problem sofort gekümmert hat, ließ keine Wünsche offen.
