Finca Drago - Apartment D (60sqm) UG

Living in a subtropical paradise, right by the pool, with stunning views of the coast and the Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment is fully equipped for 2-3 people. For reasons of quality management, please pay the cleaning fee of 45 euros directly to the property management at the handover of the apartment. The charge is not included in your rental. An additional bed can be placed. There is one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with views of the garden.

The adjacent large shower room with toilet, sink and plenty of storage space in the bathroom furniture is kept in the Canarian style.

The kitchen-living room can accommodate common cozy TV evenings. From the bedroom / living room you can admire the stunning views over the coastal region and the Atlantic Ocean.

The direct access to the adjoining terraces, offers additional space.

If you are traveling with children, we recommend the fitting smaller apartment E for Family Price added reserve. Please contact us for further information. Have breakfast overlooking the coast, the sea and the subtropical pool and garden area! Apartment D and E are wheelchair-accessible.

The sub-tropic vegetation with equipped, terraced properties located around the Finca Drago beat your heart beat!

The property offers you the opportunity to share with friends or family to spend the holidays and still maintain privacy. Of course you can also arrive to second. Amazing location - needs upgrading - mostly designed for German speaking visitors

Just being somewhere where you can hear the birds, see the mountains and sea from garden was wonderful.

The stay was marred for a few reasons:

The bed was 2 single mattresses in a double frame. The bedding was inadequate, horrible old fading polyester and lumpy pillows - extra upsetting because I am breastfeeding my daughter in the night so had horrible back and neck ache.

We couldn't use radiator because it shorted all electrics. It was embarrassing to keep asking the woman next door for help - the owner lives in Germany.

All TV channels are in German - in the winter months and with a baby - this made a difference, strangely

For the price, the swimming pool should be heated in winter months

They should have info on buses and nearby places to eat/ attractions/ taxi numbers. We didn't hire a car and the manager next door works full time in week so some info on hikes into the hills would be so helpful!

We loved walking up the path toward the pine forests. We saw lots of birds and little fincas with orange avocado trees and grape vines. Don't miss out going to the restaurants up the hill - we ate in one - rustic and amazing!

Just be aware the main road at bottom of the street doesn't have proper pavement. Walking into La Oratava is pretty precarious as not always paved - part of rustic charm but with a baby I felt it was risky.

I don't think it was good value for money because the facilities felt basic - yet the price doesn't reflect.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in einer einfachen aber sehr schönen Wohnung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir die mitgebrachten Räder in einem Nachbarraum abstellen konnten. Auch der Pool hat gefallen :-) und war gut geeignet um uns nach langen Bike Touren abzukühlen.

The villa / Finca Drago is located in the nature reserve in the Urb. Drago in La Orotava. The location indicating the apartment is not correct. We are in a residential area not in the apartment block.

Better directions:

From the airport South drive

# Direction Santa Cruz de Tenerife At Santa Cruz take the # Autopista Norte, direction Airopuerto Norte and La Laguna, Tacoronte, El Sauzal ...

Drive out of the Salida 31, over the motorway bridge towards Santa Ursula.

# At the intersection of the exit, turn right towards Vista del Humboldt, Cuesta de la Villa and

# then turn left onto Vista del Humboldt.

Continue straight on over the Huboldt vantage point until you see a pharmacy (green cross) on the left, a local and then a German butcher.

# Directly behind the jump man is the road: Urb. Drago left up. You drive up until you see number 23 on the left and a green tower on the left.
