Apartment B is on the ground floor next to Apartment C.
Apartment B is equipped for 2-3 persons. We will gladly provide on request at an extra bed or baby cot. If you are traveling with children, we recommend the fitting smaller apartment C at the family price added reserve. Please contact us for further information. Apartment B has a spacious bedroom with sea views, ensuite shower room with WC and bidet and vanity, large living-kitchen-dining room with direct access to two associated terraces. Have breakfast overlooking the coast, the sea and the subtropical pool and garden area!

We have lived and worked in Tenerife for 9 years. Our children went to kindergarten and elementary school there. We were self-employed with a small restaurant chain and our family hotel, the Finca Drago.
Tenerife is still a dream place for us! When our children were to go to a further schooling, however, we decided to go to the German education system and are now back in Germany. On the finca is our good friend and policeman on the island, Roger with his family. He lives there for nothing and cares lovingly for the finca and our holidaymakers.
Our playful built house has 4 apartments and a turret as well as the apartment (a bit apart) of the housekeeper.
All apartments have views of the coast, the Atlantic Ocean and even left on the Teide, the highest volcano and mountain of Spain.
The Finca Drago has 2 swimming pools, a large pool in the basement of the subtropical garden, is available to our guests. Also a small bodega and a small chapel as well as a barbecue and our wash house. You have nothing missing and if something does not meet your standard, talk to the administrator, maybe he can help you. The finca is equipped in every dwelling unit with all the daily needs. We are a holiday resort. A maximum of 10 guests can be at the same time on the finca. Small and fine, so can relax relaxed and beautiful holiday.

B is a great apartment. A very large living-dining-kitchen with two terraces offers air to breathe and you can also move with three or more persons well there. From the double bed from the large bedroom, you can see the sea. There is a generous bathroom attached to the bedroom. The apartment B is built in the Canary style and has an incredible charm. Large windows and terrace doors offer a beautiful natural feeling with gigantic views.
Ideal for long-term tourists. Also for families with 1-2 children as the sofa in the living room can be pulled out. You can reach everything necessary on foot. But for poor lungs, our mountain is rather nothing.
If it is unbearably hot on the coast, you have a cooler at the finca and can cool down in the pool, no mass tourism, no car noise, only the voices of nature and animals can be found in our nature reserve (Zona Rustika)
Trotz der Ankunft Nachts um 02:00 Uhr wurden wir herzlich vom Verwalter empfangen und konnten jederzeit unsere Wünsche äußern. Am zweiten Tag war der Pool auch gereinigt. Die Filteranlage war wohl zuvor defekt.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist vielleicht für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sonst völlig ausreichend. Außer an einem Abwaschhandtuch und Toilettenpapier fehlte es an nichts.
Das Anwesen an sich ist in Ordnung. Man erkennt gut wie hochwertig alles im Neuzustand einmal war. Durch etwas wenig pflege ist es nun bedauerlicherweise alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Auch die Nachbarn in der anderen Ferienwohnung waren sehr angenehm und wir würden wieder kommen.
Super - einfach - schnell -sauber - wie Zuhause gefühlt !
Wir waren mit der Familie da gewesen (4 Personen: 2 Ki u 2 EW ) und werde aufjedenfall wieder dahin gehen.

Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell gut. Aber nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Ich persönlich bin Whg gewohnt, bei denen auch Öl etc vorhanden ist, oder vielleicht auch ausreichend Klopapier etc.
Der Blick ist wirklich schön, allerdings ist es da oben relativ kalt (im März) sodass wir da keine Zeit verbracht haben. Vielleicht kann man das im Sommer besser nutzen.
Die Kapelle und die Bodega sind mit alten Möbeln vollgestellt, sodass man die nicht nutzen kann.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war gut.
Alles in allem eine günstige Wohnung, die im Sommer vielleicht ganz nett sein kann, im Winter nicht zu empfehlen.
