Overview

About the property

Our apartment in the Moorbadstr. 3 in the district Buching / Berghof includes 84m² of living space on the ground floor of a new building and was completed at the end, 2015. Living room / kitchen are very bright, overlooking the Buchenberg. The front of about 20m ² large terrace belongs to the apartment. From the edge of the garden you can look (with good visibility) at Neuschwanstein Castle. Bathroom and bedroom each have a large window on the west side (natural stone light wells), the bedroom is a bit darker due to the hillside location & room size. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom bright / sand-colored tiles were chosen and all other floors are made of high quality vinyl in oak finish. The device consists of new quality furniture, mattresses, etc. - see> all "Further information" below the text ...

Access to the apartment is via the path / the outside staircase on the east side. Two parking spaces are available across the street.

Fresh bed linen and towels and kitchen roll, toilet paper, Spülmaschinentabs, vacuum cleaner, spices, tea, etc. are of course available.

Our guests have free WiFi available. A 40-inch TV with 5. 1 surround sound, small DVD collection and a Playstation is also available, as well as a small board games collection and a radio.

Bicycles and prams can be parked in our lockable garage. In winter, wooden sledges (with and without child seat) are available free of charge.

Arrival from 15 clock and departure until 10 clock. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible in agreement with landlord, if on the same day no other guests arrive or depart.

If it is possible for our guests, we look forward to 7-day or 14-day bookings with arrival / departure on Saturday

We ask for a deposit of 100.- €, the balance is due in cash on arrival.

Cancellation condition: 30 days before arrival free of charge. Up to 14 days before arrival 50%. Please understand that in the case of short-term cancellations, the full travel price has to be paid, as long as we are unable to re-let the apartment in the near future.

Cleaning: We ask our guests to leave the apartment on departure "swept" to.

Tourist tax per night: Adults € 0.95 (May-Sep € 1.10), children 7-17 years € 0.65 (May-Sep € 0.70), children under 6 are free.

The tourist tax includes the free guest card "HalblechCard".

Fabulous accommodation near some beautiful scenery

Lovely apartment with every thing you need.

Helpful and friendly owners live above and suggested places to visit.

Useful if travelling down the romantic road. Near Garmisch Oberamagau and the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang castle!

Alles perfekt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung richtig wohlgefühlt. Nette und absolut zuvorkommende Vermieter.

Alle Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenrolle, Kloopapier, Geschirrtabs, Gewürze sind schon vorhanden. Dazu auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das ist absolut super und nicht selbstverständlich!

Ansonsten eine schöne Umgebung in der man sicherlich zu jeder Jahreszeit viel unternehmen kann.

Wir haben es über Weihnachten sehr genossen hier...

Selbst das Einkaufen im neuen Edeka (ca. 2 km entfernt) war am 22.12. Völlig Entspannt.

Wir kommen sicherlich noch mal ( und auch sehr gerne) wieder.
