The villa is located in the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca West, Conservation of Unesco. Best place for hiking, Heiking, Runners and sports. Very quiet neighborhood. Design house with very praktiches conzept. Super sea and mountain views.

Stellar location

We had a week's stay in the villa. The location is superb; a couple of minutes drive to Port de Soller (you do need a car - more on that later) yet completely away from any touristy bits or noise with views to die for. It is possible to walk to Port de Soller, but the walk back is up a steep climb on a windy road on which you definitely do not want to be on foot after dark. Also, nearest reasonable supermarket in is in Soller, about a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is a small Spar on the villa side of Port de Soller but that caters only for the absolute essentials, the other supermarket in town requires a car again.

The villa itself is nice and clean, laid nicely over two floors with the top floor all for living, pool at the back and bedrooms on lower floor. Villa is well equipped and you could also easily cook. We were going to, but unfortunately the dishwasher was broken when we arrived and did not get fixed before our departure, so we cut down on creating dishes. That is also the main reason for four stars, one does expect a working dishwasher at this level of accommodation.

Dishwasher aside, kitchen is nice and large, views from the dining table stunning and you have a large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle etc. so all you really need.

Pool area catches the sun all day, but you have enough parasols and covers to be in the shade if necessary. Pool is not huge but perfectly adequate.

Bedrooms are ok. The master en suite provides the best accommodation with a walk in wardrobe, a bathroom with dual wash basins, shower and a tub. One should be aware of the fact that the bathroom has no door between it and the bedroom (toilet is separate behind a door) and that neither bathroom has any blinds. Not that anyone can easily see into the property, but could be an issue for some.

The other two bedrooms are adequate for sleeping in and share a good size bathroom.

If you travel with teenagers, please note that the WiFi signal does not reach the bedrooms. But is very strong upstairs.

Juan Pedro was a good host, meeting us at the property on arrival, showing us around and pointing out how things worked. He was also at hand when needed.

Overall, a good stay. We are thinking of returning.

Quiet with panoramic views of the Port.

The position of the property is beautiful. However, anyone who is not fit and ready for a challenging walk will need a car to access shops & restaurants at the harbour. The condition of the road turning right out of the property is hazardous. In addition if anyone has children or mobility issues, the amount of stairs within the property without bannisters could be a concern.

There are three bedrooms at the property the two larger bedrooms are lovely, beds comfortable but the third bedroom has twin beds which are not comfortable. Information point - There are no blinds at the property, which I understand to avoid spoiling the view.

The kitchen is well equipped but lacks a kettle which is a possible drawback for UK visitors.

On the whole the property was well maintained. The owner checked us in and was friendly. He responded to emails and queries promptly.

We had dinner at Luna 36 restaurant in Soller town, which I highly recommend, not too expensive. Food & service exceptional, brilliant for

a special occasion.

Paddle board Yoga with USP Yoga - Mia & Rodrigo at the beach was excellent, highly recommended.
