With a pool that is sun drenched all day as it faces south, if you have enough of shopping and theme parks you can spend a day relaxing at the pool.
Disney is 15 mins away, with the drive to International drive and all its attractions only taking 20-40 mins.
You have everything at your door. Super WalMart is only a short walk from the property and all Restaurants are in easy reach. Including the superb Clubhouse Restaurant on site in the resort.
This villa is really the perfect place to start and finish you holidays in the amazing Orlando area.

Fabulous Villa
We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Florida- this villa is so well equipped- everything you could possibly want to make a 'no stress' holiday.- All equipment and furnishings modern and up to date ( and easy to use).and full of nice touches that make it a true home from home experience. Southern Dunes is a lovely quiet community which is about 20 mins to half an hour from Disney World ( dependant on traffic )- it's away from the hurly burly of Kissimmee and I Drive, so is the best of both worlds.Very handy to have Walmarts so close and Publix supermarkets is not far away.
The communcation with the owner was excellent and really useful, especially as this was our first trip to Florida. We would recomend this villa and one day hope to return when the new Legoland is up and running.
Great home.
Great location. Just a short drive to beaches, disney, busch gardens. House is true to the pictures shown. Great resturaunt to visit is Manny's Chop House(steaks are terrific). Close to shopping, Walmart just short drive. Close to other grocery stores, Aldi's, Publix, Winn Dixie. And the owner is always available for any questions you might have. This is our 2nd year here at the house. Will be back next year. Would recommend this to anyone who just wants to relax. Oh, and also the house is right on a the Southern Dunes Golf course if you like to golf. Course is great. Be back next year!!!
Amazing Holiday Beutiful Home...
Pool is wonderful and perfect to relax in. Sun shines on deck all day. Kids loved the play room. Had the computer games and the loved the football. Had a wonderful time in Florida and loved all the parks. Hectic and the shopping was great. Home was so so lovely and was just like the perfect home from home.
