The house was in Sept. 2015 newly renovated and furnished. On the ground floor spacious living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed. You will also find on the ground floor a fitted kitchen with high quality appliances (stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery for 6 people). The utility room holds the washing machine. Bed linen, tea towels, towels, household towels, soap, Toal. Paper is at your disposal. The first floor floor has a full bath and bedroom (double bed 180cm). In the attic there is another room with a single bed. All levels are equipped with television and computer connections. WLAN -16000KBit / s. TV, radio. Easy access to the public transport network with two bus routes (Old Town in 10 minutes). Directly opposite is a bakery and beverage market. The townhouse has a convenient location between Drägerwerk and the University of Lübeck, all companies in the university district are within a few minutes on foot or by bike. The motorway is 5 minutes away, in another min 20th are you with the car on the Baltic Sea. A terrace and a small herb / flower garden and provide a way to relax or take a cigarette break (Smoking is not allowed inside the house) .Haustiere on request willlkommen!
