The villa is located in the small village Mrgani, located in the central part of Istria. Here is approximately 6.3 km to the nearest restaurant and grocery store. Here is only about 20 km Rovinj, one of the most visited towns throughout Istria. The town dates back to the Bronze Age, and the old town is built around the 12th century. Originally, the old town surrounded by a medieval wall with seven gates, three of which still remains to this day. The city's main landmark, the St. Euphemia church is a Venetian baroque church built around 1725 on top of an older church from the 10th century. Otherwise, a stroll around the narrow streets recommended. In the sea around Rovinj is 22 small islands that can reached by boat. The city also offers many lovely beaches, which are also worth a visit.
The house is 244 m2 distributed on two floors. The house was built in 1936 and has been renovated with attention to detail, and here is for example used untreated stone. On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen and the dining- and living room where there is direct access to the terrace. To complete the ground floor is a double bedroom also with satellite TV. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor and reached by two staircases. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV and a private bathroom.
Located on a 470m2 large plot surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden. It offers a large covered terrace with built-in barbecue, foosball table and patio furniture. In between the terrace and the house is the 36 m2 pool, where there are sun beds and trees provide natural shade. Beside the pool there are also two outdoor showers.
