Upper floor: Newly furnished bedroom in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016:
- 1 x with toilet, double washbasin and shower cabin with rain shower
- 1 x with toilet, double sink, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirl system
Both sanitary rooms have floor heating.
