Luxurious, beautiful apartment with terrace built in 2014 on a sunny and central residential area, just 7 minutes walk to the cable car station, the train station and in the center of Scuol's. The apartment is located on the tier 2. A lift is of course available. The apartment includes a lockable Velo- / Skiabteil heard directly from the reserved parking space in the Autoeinstellhalle.

From the huge - partly roofed - south terrace (41 m2) you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains.

Most modern, very bright interior design with large windows and electric blinds. Top-modern and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Spacious bathroom with rain shower, toilet, washbasin. Outbuildings own washer and dryer. Flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi are at guests' disposal.
