Half of the house for sole use in a sunny and quiet residential area on the upper edge of Scuol. The ski area "Motta-Naluns" can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes on foot or with the free ski bus, whereby the next stop is about 20 minutes away from the house. From the spacious south-facing balcony (22 m2) you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. 2 garage and one outdoor parking space are available to guests.

You can reach the 1st Upper floor with 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a bunk bed (only suitable for children). Here you will also find the bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet and a separate shower with toilet and sink. Another staircase leads to the attic with the spacious living room with an open fireplace (fireplace). The modern kitchen is very well equipped and, in addition to the oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, also has a separate microwave. Of course, a flat-screen TV (Swisscom TV) with a DVD player, a radio and free WiFi are available to guests.
