The "Atico" apartment Julia is a very well-kept, beautifully furnished holiday home on the top floor of a small, well-kept apartment complex with pool. Already from the salon, the master bedroom and the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea and countryside views. Access to the wind protected, furnished with dining table, Stühen and large parasol balcony is done from the Salon. A private staircase inside the apartment leading to the private, 100 square meters large, furnished roof terrace from which one has a magnificent view over the countryside to El Palmar and the sea. There is a great chill-out area, a large dining area - both by glass walls all around sheltered. A retractable awning provides shade on both sides as desired. Here you can enjoy a great evening at a barbecue under the stars Conil -

The beach and central location make it perfect for a great holiday.

It has 3 bedrooms for 6 people on about 100 m², a fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch to the living / dining room.

On this floor you will also find two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. In addition, the apartment has on the same floor a spacious balcony on which you certainly want to be spending many hours and the sun can be followed by hiking.

Of course, the apartment is equipped with all imaginable accessories to guarantee you an unforgettable holiday experience. So has the Apt. with modern Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV with international channels.

The apartment has a Located next to its building very well maintained swimming pool which can shine through the hillside with stunning views and invites to swimming fun.

The apartment Julia may further come up with an absolute delicacy. Through a staircase inside the apartment takes you to the circa 100 m² sea view roof terrace on the sun its bright joy to have. The sun set rather critical travelers find shelter under the large sun shade.

The lounge area also sets optimum conditions to let your mind wander and let be a good man to love God, here is also the candidate unentspannteste his inner center.

The roof terrace is equipped it further makes almost unavoidable to use them for social barbeques while enjoying the view of the sea together.

The apartment includes 2 parking spaces.

By foot it takes about 10 minutes to the fine sand beach of Conil Ingen. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away.

The center of Conil and the old town are also just minutes away on foot.

Die Wohnung ist einfach super. Gut ausgestattet und Traumblick. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat bestens geklappt, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort. Also immer wieder gerne.

Kleine Einschränkung: Das Haus (sehr gepflegt) ist hellhörig, was bei der Buchungslage im Oktober allerdings nicht störte.

Meerblick pur von der Dachterrasse und eine Wohnung, die bestens ausgestattet ist. Das Appartment lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat bestens geklappt. Kleine Nachbesserungswünsche wurden prompt erledigt. Darüber hinaus ist Conil wirklich eine Reise wert. Also immer wieder gerne. Ein kleine Einschränkung: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, was bei einem Aufenthalt im Oktober aber kaum zum Tragen kommt.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung hat sehr gemütliche Schlafzimmer und fit ausgestattete Bäder. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgerüstet. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn genug Müllbeutel, geschirrtücher, Klopapier etc. da gewesen wären.

Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Noch wundervoller als auf den Fotos und einfach nur riesig. Der schattige Balkon im ersten Stock ist perfekt für heiße Sommertage, um zu frühstücken.

Zu Fuß sind es in die Altstadt knapp 5-10 Minuten, je nachdem wie schnell man geht. Und zum Strand mit auto sind es höchstens drei Minuten. Alles sehr praktisch.

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr geliebt und können auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

PS:nur zur Info :Im Haus gibt es keinen Lift. Wir hatten jemand mit Krücken dabei, daher ist es uns aufgefallen.

Traumwohnung in toller Lage

Das Appartement Julia ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet.Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und bietet eine toll Blick auf das Meer und die Landschaft. Hier kann man gemütliche Grillabende verbringen. Um zum Supermarkt zu gelangen, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum beträgt ca. 20 Minuten durch überwiegend schattige Gassen. Je nachdem welchen Strandabschnitt man bevorzugt, muss man ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg einplanen. Dies störte selbst unsere Kinder nicht, da wir durch das Zentrum mit seinen Geschäften, Bars etc. gingen und es immer etwas zu gucken und zu kaufen gab. Conil ist im Juli/August abends sehr voll und quirlig, dies macht aber auch den spanischen Charme aus. Am Strand ist jedoch Platz genug.

Wir waren bereits das fünfte Mal in Conil..Die Jahre vorher verbrachten wir im Hotel. Das Appartement Julia hat uns 2015 so sehr überzeugt, dass wir 2016 wieder 2 Wochen dort verbringen werden.
