About the property

150sqm wellbeing luxury with views of the mountains

Our house is located directly below the castle Ehrenberg Castle head. It stands in a secluded position on a slope at the end of the hermitage. From the house, they have a beautiful view of our local mountain, the Thaneller course on the night illuminated castle Ehrenberg and the suspension bridge Highline179. From here, they can be quite challenging to do cycling in summer or long walks or bike, because our house is located on the Via Claudia.

In winter, the ski run is right outside the house and the next ski Hahnenkamm, Berwang, Biberwier, Bichlbach, Lermoos and Ehrwald are not longer than 20-30 minutes traveling. Zur Burg Ehrenberg heard a very interesting also for children's museum and a nice playground. By car it is only a short drive to Reutte for shopping expeditions.

Our house has on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a gallery with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, double vanity and toilet and a bathroom with double vanity, shower and Jacuzzi.

On the ground floor the open plan living area with living room, dining room and kitchen. As Mittpunkt this open room serves a soapstone stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Outside, there is a sauna for 4-6 people, an outdoor shower in summer (in winter you can put it directly in the snow), a storage room for bikes, skis and sledges, a beautiful terrace with barbecue and a garden.

We have our house for almost a year lovingly restored for you and hope you enjoy it can feel comfortable and your vacation is.

Ein gemütliches "Raabennest"

  • 5 of 5

tolle Tage in tollem Haus

  • 5 of 5

Directly on the border with Bavaria is the holiday region of Reutte. The region is dominated by five crystal clear mountain lakes, by majestic mountain peaks, from one of the last great wild rivers in Europe, the Lech, and of the many hiking trails that thread into the air. Of cultural and sporting attractions are lacking just as in natural pearls: 140 km challenging bike trails can be found as well as cycle paths for pleasure cyclists, eg the Lech Valley cycle path.. "Climbers" can choose between 6 000 climbing routes, nordic walking between nine Nordic walking trails and skiers between several family friendly ski resorts. Popular destinations - summer and winter - are the picturesque village of Holzgau, the Hölltalschlucht, the Alpentherme Ehrenberg and the Royal Castle Neuschwanstein.

Austria's Wild West

Family holiday, active holiday or indulgent holiday in Reutte - the region is so diverse that families with children as well as sports enthusiasts get their money Singles. Hiking trails from easy to sweat meander through the 40 km2 natural park Lechtal-Reute. 140 km of marked mountain bike trails and numerous climbing routes make you want to win the summit. The Lech Valley cycle path from Reutte than 50 kilometers of lowland forests and past shale banks up to Steeg.

Even water lovers have around Reutte are spoiled for choice: Situated at 1 000 meters above sea level Plansee, the idyllic Frauensee above Lechaschau and Alatsee invite for sailing, surfing, fishing, boating and of course for swimming. Climbing and horse riding, rafting trips on the Lech and archery in Weissbach round off the mountain experience. A trip to the 700 year old castle Ehrenberg below which our house stands, a visit to the Alpine flower garden, a view of the village Holzgau and a trip to the Hölltalschlucht should be scheduled during a holiday in Reutte.

Snow pleasures on the Hahnenkamm

The winter in Tyrol's Außerfern provides the best conditions for relaxing holidays in the snow. The ski resort Reutte Hahnenkamm-is small but nice - and scores with snow and friendly staff. For families the ski lifts Knittel in Elbigenalp are popular and who wants even more kilometers of slopes, this place in the Warth-Schröcken ski area a few kilometers distant top. The original landscape of the holiday region of Reutte can also be experienced off-piste, z. B. the winter and snowshoe hiking, tobogganing, go ice climbing or when skiing.

Romantics can be drawn from the horse-drawn sleigh through the snowy winter landscape or book for your holiday in Reutte a torchlight walk. Cross-country skiers meet varied trails that run through open fields and woods. In addition, the region shines with two great extras for fans of Nordic skiing: In the Lechtal cross-country center in Ehenbichl there is also the possibility of night cross-country skiing. And in Bach im Lechtal is Europe's first Nordic WISBI training track - a track, to test your personal fitness on the runners.
