The apartment Casa Primavera makes its name all honour - it provides our guests all the year an "eternal spring" and the apartment is one of the properties of the absolute top class. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace. It is located on the pool level and you can go through a garden door to the pool, which is only about 30 meters from the terrace. The pool is heated in winter. At the pool and on the terrace with sun loungers. You can have a barbecue together on the terraces and enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the view to the sea. You can very well see the neighboring island of La Gomera.

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with television (international satellite channels), Internet is available via Wifi.

There is also a winter garden, where you can sit sheltered and can have breakfast together, for example.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the living area, there is another extra bed and a sofa bed. The property offers sleeping accommodations for up to 7 people.

The American style kitchen is very well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

The spacious marble bathroom has a comfortable bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Apartment well equipped comfortable great bed comfort.

For me it was perfect as I am disabled and the apartment was just steps from the beautiful pool Loungers very comfortable but pool was very cold but did warm up a little towards the end of our two weeks. Along way off the front with steep hills but we had a car so we were fine. I would not hesitate to come to this resort again just for the apartment and it's location to the pool. We only used 1 bedroom but there are two doubles. Thanks. Valerie

Lage perfekt

Ferienwohnung soweit o.k. Lage sehr gut. Zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt nur max. 2Minuten in der Anlage. Die Anlage ist sehr groß. Nachtruhe ist gegeben bis max. ca. 8Uhr morgens, dann werden die Liegen vom Pool gesäubert und aufgestellt. Die Wohnung ist schon ein bißchen Verwohnt, aber es wurde neu gestrichen und eine neue Couch aus Kunstleder war auch vorhanden.

Super appartement

Nous avons très bien apprécié l'appartement, très grand et bien équipé. Facile d'accès et pour garer sa voiture. Supers terrasses. Nous avons par contre été très déçu (car c'est ce qui avait fait notre choix pour cet appartement) de la piscine. La piscine annoncée près de la sortie de la terrasse, notre fils adore nager, mais PAS DU TOUT chauffée (16°c). Personne n'a nagé à part un ou deux personnes. Il faut aller au 4° étage dans une autre piscine plus petite. On pensait profiter de notre terrasse pendant que notre fils nageait. Impossible, quel dommage.

Wohnung mit Modernisierungsrückstau

Der Vorkontakt mit der Agentur und die Übergabe durch Herrn Lübke vor Ort war Bestens, von der Wohnung waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht.

Die Anlage an sich hat eine gute Lage und einen tollen Pool und gute Restaurants. Es handelt sich um eine Time-Share-Anlage mit ca.90% Briten, Rest Russen und Niederländer. Zu unserem Besuch waren wir die einzigen Deutschen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral am Pool gelegen, das hat Vor- und Nachteile - hier muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Die Nachtruhe war jedoch spätestens um 7.30 Uhr vorbei als das Poolpersonal direkt jeden morgen vor der Terrasse sämtliche Liegen, Schirmständer, Schachfiguren oder was auch immer der Anlage reinigen musste. Für uns war das eindeutig zu zeitig und störend.

Die Wohnung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen erheblichen Modernisierungsrückstand. Die Küche war nicht ausreichend mit Kochutensilien und Geschirr ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank war von außen verrostet und der Griff löste sich fast ab. Das große Bad ist innenliegend und ohne jeglichen Abzug, so dass sich in allen Ecken Schimmelflecken gebildet hatten. Auch im Eingangsbereich gab es Schimmelbefall.

Wie bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt war das Sofa im Wohnbereich auch abgewohnt und hat stark gerochen. Im Innenbereich gab es auch keinen vernünftigen Esstisch wo man zu 4 gemütlich Essen konnte. In der Küche gab es nur 2 Sitzplätze und im Wintergarten nur einen etwas abgewohnten Plastiktisch.

Die Betten waren unbequem und teilweise auch Einzelbetten was insb. im Masterschlafzimmer von uns als exterm ungünstig empfunden wurde.

WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Wir würden aufgrund des erheblichen Modernisierungsrückstands und des Schimmels diese WOhnung nicht mehr mieten.

Tolle Unterkunft

Großzügige Wohnung mit freundlicher Betreuung auch bei der Übergabe. Die Nähe zum Swimming-Pool war vorteilhaft nach den manchmal anstregenden Wanderungen. Wir konnten hier uns gut entspannen. Am Pool gab es ein sehr gutes Restaurant, wo wir gene (auch vegetarische Gericht) bekommen konnten. Der kleine Hotel-eigene Supermarkt war für den alltäglichen Bedarf hinsichtlich des Angebotes ausreichend gefüllt.

The apartment Casa Primavera is located in the manicured grounds CLC Paradise and offers many attractions. The complex is a little above the Costa Adeje with spectacular views over the whole coast and Playa de las Americas. In view of the Atlantic you can occasionally see the neighboring island of La Gomera. At night you have a wonderful view of the lights of the city. But also the view up is worth: You can enjoy the mountain panorama to the Roque del Conde (Table Mountain).

The location is very quiet and still centrally, since one is by car in a few minutes on the beaches of Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Also at the picturesque port of Los Cristianos is not far away.

A new attraction is the recently opened SIAM-Park and the adjacent Aqua-Park Octopus.

Shops are also nearby, you can get bread on foot and then on the terrace together outdoors breakfast. Las Americas is the tourist center with numerous bars, restaurants and sports and shopping. The climate is mild all year round and warm.

Golf: There are in the near Golf del Sur Golf diverse ways in which have already played many celebrities Golf on the island.
