The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. ( weekly rental only) . We have a two car garage.

Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Master bedroom has a nice view of the Gulf and a double vanity bathroom with tub and shower. It has a king size bed. TV and DVD. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and its own bathroom and TV, The third bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom. We also have a sofa bed. The unit will sleep up to 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave and frig with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range and oven. WASHER AND DRYER FULL SIZE

This is a large condo, about 2,000 sq. feet with a large furnished deck overlooking the Gulf. We have a two car garage.

The pool is heated and it has restroom facilities.

Spacious and comfortable, private and safe. Right across from the beautiful Miramar beach and one block away from the famous 'right on the beach' Pompano Joe's restaurant.

We enjoy our condo so much. We keep it in mint condition for our family and guests. My wife and I always look forward to sit at the large deck and watch the sunset there. It is the perfect break for me as a busy doctor in Ohio !

Why JUAN PESCHIERA chose Miramar Beach

We chose that location because of being right on the beautiful Miramar Beach and it is so close to the major Destin attractions, shopping areas and restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's , Kenny D's and The Crab Trap. This is not a crowded busy high rise building, but a quiet residential community. Love my condo on the top third floor of the building with such a large deck overlooking the Gulf.

The onsite property manager keeps the pool and grounds in excellent condition

What makes this condo unique

Enjoy the privacy of this complex. This is a large 3 BR and 3 BTH unit ( about 2,000 sq feet) with a dedicated 2 car garage and a nice heated pool with restroom facilities. The elevator comes right up next to our front door. We have a large washer and dryer and the unit is fully equipped. We keep it in mint condition for our family and guests to enjoy. .

Very nice condo with great view of the ocean from the balcony.

We enjoyed our week long stay in this condo with our son, daughter in law and grandson. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still enjoy all of us being together. Having the kitchen allowed us to eat some of our meals there when we didn't want to go out. It was a short walk to the beach or the pool and we spent time at each of them. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Great Beach Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this large Condo at Miramar Beach, Florida. The advertisement and pictures are very accurate and a good representation of this property. As stated, the condo is large and well taken care of. A couple of unexpected problems during our stay were addressed as quickly as can be expected in a busy beach community. We are looking forward to a future visit.

Miramar Beach - Pavillion Palms

Very nice!! Access to beach and pool are a short walk away. The condo was large and very accommodating with a deck/porch (limited) view of the gulf. It worked out wonderfully for us!

Fantastic condo, with close proximity to the beach, but 1 or 2 drawbacks

Me and my fiance met my family (all over the age of 28) at this condo for Memorial Day weekend 2017. There were 5 total (my sisters boyfriend couldn't make it) and we had more than enough room. My family and I have been going to Destin, and Miramar Beach specifically, for over 20 years and this was by far the largest condo we've stayed in, especially for the price.

The walk to the beach was super quick. The first two days we drove across the street because we had heavy coolers and didn't want to drag them across the property. The next 2 days we walked and it literally took about 30 seconds longer to walk across the street. That was the pace of my mom and dad (both of whom are in their 60s).

In addition to that, it took me about 8 minutes to walk from the condo's front door to the host station at Pompano Joe's. It's super close and a fantastic restaurant/bar to go hang out at.

Another big pro for this condo is that the majority of users are owners, and not renters. That was super nice because the complex was quiet at night and made parking easy. Speaking of parking, this condo gives you access to a 2 car garage on the bottom floor under the unit. We parked 2 full size SUV's in there and still had room for our beach chairs and floats to line the walls.

That said, there were a few drawbacks to this place. DISCLAIMER: These drawbacks are listed without having spoken with the condo owner(s). They were things my family found to be drawbacks to staying in the condo, but others may be ok with. There are also things that could be easily fixed by the owner to negate them.

My family's biggest complaint with this condo was the limit on the thermostat. It cannot be set below 72 degrees. During the day this was ok, but at night the condo got incredibly hot and the 2nd bedroom (with the queen bed) was unbearable in the morning. We actually left a day early (in the evening) to head home because all of us slept so poorly and didn't want to waste another nights sleep.

The other 2 cons were less important: the size of the TVs and the sofa's. The TV in the living room is small for the room and shoved in a cabinet. The TVs in rooms 2 and 3 are smaller than my laptop screen. I know people don't go to the beach to watch TV, but it's worth noting.

In that same vein, the couches in the living room are terrible. They're incredibly uncomfortable and should be replaced. Again, I know sofas aren't why people go to the beach, but...just FYI.

Owner's Response: All bed rooms have brand-new powerful ceiling fans and we never had a complaint about the temperature. 72° is pretty reasonable. I don't know why the ceiling fans were not used. If the temperature is set at 70 or below the air conditioner will run all the time and it would freeze giving rise to expensive repairs like in the past. The couches are two years old and they are in good condition. No one ever complain about that. We are in the process of eliminating all the small TVs and just leave one large big screen TV in the living room.

Amazing place

The condo was amazing. It was so spacious and it had everything that our home has. The kids loved having their own private rooms and bathrooms. The place was the cleanest place I've ever been to besides my own. And the view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing!!!!! Very very close to the beach. And the beach was so clean and beautiful. Very kid friendly also. Will stay here again when we come back to FL.
