About this property

On a hill among woods and vineyards, in a beautiful panoramic position over the sea, this vacation home with land and large terrace equipped for outdoor dining welcomes you. Located in a quiet area, it is just a few kilometers from the beaches of Versilia. It offers pleasant room temperature and modern furnishings. From the house you can enjoy a panoramic view over the sea, wooded hills and the valley to the coast. The area is ideal for beautiful walks; sport fishing is possible in a nearby lake (6 km) and the beaches, less than 7 km away, are ideal for pleasant days of swimming. One room on the first floor is closed and is used by the owner as a cellar; an external room is also closed and is used for storage.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
