Charming townhouse 1.5 Km da Luz before the uncrowded beach Praia. Many sporting facilities, suitable for children, beach bars, restaurants, good parking.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a king-size bed, a queen size bed u. 2 single beds, two bathrooms with toilets, one with bathtub. All rooms are heated. A washing machine is in the shower.

The master bedroom with king size bed u. Sat.-TV Has a beautiful winter garden in front of it, which can be opened completely in summer. The small kitchen is separated from Wozi by a glazed Moorish arch and is fully equipped, also with dishwasher. In Wozi is a seating area, a satellite .-. Flat-screen TV, DVD, Hiwi, ceiling fan and dining table with chairs. From the kitchen 4 steps lead to a sheltered high terrace a few steps in the rear garden with clothes dryer. Before Wozi is a covered terrace, in front of the front yard with a palm tree.

About Angelika Hartmann

We are an elderly couple and live in our house twice a year for several weeks or months, mostly in spring and autumn.We renovated the house with electric heating for colder nights, had a wintergarden built which can be opened totaly on two sides and had an upper terrace built on top of the store. The house is taken for by the neighbours, when we are in and for our guests. They are English.

We bought the house as I (Angelika) Need the sun, the brightness of the Algarve and because of the wonderful landscape and the nearby sea.

What makes this house unique

The house also can be used by disabled persons except the 4 steps to the upper terrace and8 steps douwn to the garden at the backside. All rooms are equipped with electrical heaters at the walls.

The house is situated in a quiet complex about 2 km before Praia da Luz. The beach is about 2 km with good parking. The beach is not overcrowded. In Luz there are many restaurants, some who have open for lunch. Lagos is located approximately 4 km from Monte Sao Pedro and offers restaurants, boating, beautiful beaches, museums and interesting rock formations in the sea.

Durch sehr unsaubere Gäste wollte meine Nachbarin Karen mir den Dienst quittieren. Durch viel Überzeugungskraft und den Beweis von "normalen" Gästen konnte ich sie überzeugen, dass nicht die meisten Deutschen so viel Dreck hinterlassen. Ich hoffe, Sie können meine Haltung verstehen.
