The Apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in a well maintained complex overlooking the sea and the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined on request. One of the rooms has its own exit to the terrace.

The living room has a sofa bed, which provides a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.

The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo system, Internet is free via wifi available (very fast fiber optic Internet with up to 30 Mbit).

From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea and to the pool area. The terrace has sun loungers and outdoor furniture, you can sit there and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is via WLAN free of charge. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The apartment is ideal for a bath and beach holidays, also for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area with a separate water park with water slides for children. At the pool, there is also a bistro for snacks and ice in between (surcharge).

Excellent location

We are a family of 2 adults with 2 young boys aged 5 & 2 we stayed here for 11 nights in june 2017.

The pros:

Well equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay.

Huge balcony with sun all day.

Excellent wifi.

Perfect location.

Excellent swimming pool & mini waterpark.

2 small fridge freezers ( although they both need defrosting ).

Brilliant washing machine (15 min quick wash).

Cons:

Cant think of any .

Beautiful complex lovely apartment

We have stayed at the Parque Santiago 3 complex before but not booked through Sven. The communication was excellent prior to arrival and we're met with the keys when we got there. We had originally booked a studio but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was great. The apartment was lovely, typical Canarian style with all the facilities needed. The complex itself is great, the pool is amazing and the kids loved the water park. Plenty of shops supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep. Overall we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be booking with Sven in the future.

Very nice!

We had a great holiday in this apartment. Balcony is big and safety for child, ocean view. The location is nice, close to the swimming pool, super market, beach without waves. It is quite at night time. Mini Aqua is wonderful for children. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic Stay

My husband, daughter and 8 year old son, have just spent two weeks in this apartment and we have had a fantastic time! The apartment itself is not huge but the balcony was massive and really allowed us to enjoy the outdoor living! This is a one bed apartment with a double sofa bed in the lounge which my daughter and her younger brother shared - this was fine for them but would not be suitable for 2 adults i think - The apartment was well furnished and had all the kitchen appliances we needed and was right next to the pool. We had a great view of Teide and the pool from our balcony and the apartment had great wifi, a large flat screen tv, stereo and dvd player, perfect for us!. The only issue with this is the ceiling fans, they are just not adequate! This is not the owners fault as all these apartments have ceiling fans as standard and we hired 2 box fans from reception for 40 euros for the two weeks we stayed and we got 10 euros back at the end, however, these were still not adequate but i think the cost of hiring an air conditioning unit at 80 euros a week is appalling! This should included as the heat can become unbearable in August. However, apart from that and the fact that the pillows could be better, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Sven, the owner, was quick to respond to any enquiries and was very helpful, also was Stefan, the property manager who met us in Tenerife and took us to our apartment. I would also like to add, my in laws also came with us and hired an apartment from Sven, the owner and they also were very pleased with everything! Would highly recommend! Thank you Sven.

Toppenläge på lägenheten.

Ganska sliten lägenhet med ofräsch toalett , badkaret upprostat. Ingen takbelysningen fungerade vid ankomsten. Sängarna är helt utsitna. Uteplatsen är det bästa i lägenheten.

Våran sista vecka gick det ej att vistas på uteplatsen, måndag till fredag körde bygggubbarna med bilmaskiner och sågar i betong från morgon till kväll. Ingen info om byggarbetsplatsen ca 15 m från lägenheten.

Känner oss lite lurade. Ett tips, renovera upp lägenheten och byt möbler.

The apartment Parque Santiago 3 is located in the complex Parque Santiago III and it is inside the most central and sunniest areas of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Located directly on the so-called 'Golden Mile'.

Directly in the complex there is a shopping center with a total of 153 different stores that have something for everyone suitable offer.

Almost right on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas is this apartment in a very central location of the most popular holiday resort in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large swimming pool. There is also a children's pool, a water playground for children with water slides, a pool bar and a cafeteria where you can eat a small snack between meals. The surface of the entire plant is 47.000 m².

Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a snooker shop, and several hair salons. The family atmosphere makes for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the sea and on the commercial street that invites with its many restaurants and shops for shopping and strolling.

Enjoy the well-kept surroundings during a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometers long and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surroundings you will find some of the trendiest restaurants on the island. For fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos you can stroll on the promenade in about 10 minutes. The plant is one of the best places of Tenerife for a beach holiday.

All golf courses are within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is just 600 meters away (Playa de las Americas Golf Court).

Even the largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is only a few minutes away, as the aqua park, the Jungle Park and Parque Las Aguilas (eagle park above Chayofa).
