Die neue Ferienwohnung in der Eichenstraße hat eine Größe von 52 m² und bietet die Unterkunft max. für 3 Personen. Sie bietet ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa mit Schlaffunktion, Esstisch und Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Parkett verlegt. Sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt die Wohnung an der Eichenstraße und ist nicht weit weg von der Meidlinger Hauptstraße.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U6 Philadelphiabrücke, wo auch viele Buslinien, Züge (Bahnhof Meidling) und die Badner Bahn wegfahren. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung verkehrt der Airportbus alle 30 Minuten zwischen Flughafen Wien, Westbahnhof und Bahnhof Meidling. . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe: Supermärkte, Kaufhaus Müller, Apotheke, Bank, Fast Food, Café etc. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Schönbrunn, Wien Zoo, Oper und Stephansdom sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb einiger Minuten erreichbar

Excelent!

Very clean, owners extremely friendly, good wifi.

Public transportation perfect with direct tram and bus to the Opera.

Metro U6 station at 50 meters from the location.

For parking we recommend P+R Siebenhirten 3,4 euro/day. From there 6 metro stations to the apartment.

Property as described, every little thing is there, metro station 5 min walk, lots of shops around, direct train to/from airport, definitely would recommend to everyone visiting Vienna

Clean, modern, centrally located apartment

All furnishings were modern. It was spotless. It's less than a 5 minute walk to get to the train/subway station (it's right across the road which makes for a little noise but wasn't too bad). The building it's in is updated with no noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again. Very high quality rental.

Convenient to everything

This is a new apartment that is close to everything you need. A fairly large mall with a store and several shops is very close, as is a large train station (Bahnhof Meidling across the street) with S-bahn, U-bahn and bus stops co-located. It can be somewhat noisy during the day but the nights are surprisingly quiet given all of the nearby bustle.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything, including laundry facilities. We enjoyed ourselves and will be happy to come back!

Central and well-maintained apartment

This apartment is close to local transportation, supermarkets etc. It is clean and well-maintained by the owners. They greeted us warmly and were only a phone call away if we needed them. For those looking for a holiday home within easy reach of the main tourist attractions, this apartment is to be recommended.

Super apartment

We loved this place – extremely convenient traffic,close to the Metro, train station and nearby many supermarkets. Huimim's husband treats welcomed us warmly. Flat was clean and spacious. It’s next to the train station but have nice soundproof window didn’t feel noisy. I'd recommend this and I'd definitely stay here again.
