Sophisticated and perfectly located, this apartment is a unique opportunity.

The apartment has been decorated with a mix of traditional French decoration and modern comfort :

antique wooden furniture, wooden declaration on the doors, an ancient metal table, a nice chandelier and many paintings. On the other side, the apartment offers a new kitchen fully equipped and a modern bathroom. It was fully refurbished recently.

Rue Dauphine is one of the best location in Paris, 3 minutes by foot of the Louvre Museum across the famous “Pont Neuf” bridge (the one that was wrapped by the artist “Christo”). The location is right in the middle of a gallery area where the galleries present paintings statues and furniture. In 2 minutes you can reach the “Odeon” or “Saint Germain” squares where all the shops are located. Even Notre Dame Cathedral is at walking distance on the ile de la Cité

This 41m², wooden floored apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. It is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US standard) of a charming quiet building.

• One enters directly into the living room. The living room has a large window with a view out on a quiet private courtyard. It is nicely decorated and furnished with a comfortable sofa.

• The lounge part of the living area can be easily turned into a bedroom. As shown on photos, once open, the convertible sofa is a real bed for 2. It opens/and folds in a very simple way.

• The living room also has a cozy dining area with a table that can easily seat up to 4 persons.

• The open kitchen is well equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, stove…) and is linked to the Living room by an American bar.

• The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a nice wooden piece of furniture for storage. The bedroom also offers a small library for avid readers, and a large window. In the corridor that leads to it, ample closet are proposed for hanging cloths.

• The windows in the apartment offer a view over a super calm, nice courtyard and over a non through street.

• Bathroom offers a fully tiled shower, a vanity area and a toilet. It is located close to the bedroom.

Transportation is the easy and very convenient. The apartment is few mn from subway Saint-Michel, Odeon or Pont Neuf.

This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

The apartment is situated less than 5 minutes away from other apartments that we manage. One may considered renting together for friends. Ask us for more details.

Neighborhood :

- The Saint Germain area and the neighbouring Latin Quarter area are very lively and full of restaurants, cafés, Jazz clubs, cinemas and trendy shops.

- The art Galleries of Rue de seine and quai des Grands Augustins are just down the apartment. Most of the renowned antic shops of Paris are in the immediate vicinity.

- One reaches the Eglise Saint Germain des Prés, the Louvre museum or Notre Dame Cathedral in 5 minutes.

We take care of the advertising of apartments, the reservation process from payments to security deposit refund; and even the cleaning and the maintenance of the apartment.

We do very little brand name advertisement. We focus on what matters: MAKING SURE OUR GUESTS ARE SATISFIED (check the reviews on any of our apts. Recent apts do not have reviews yet).

We selected this property because of its great location close to the river Seine and the apartment sopfisticated decoration.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.

Great location, quiet, and comfortable

This is a great apartment for exploring Paris. The location is perfect and it was very comfortable for my husband and me. There was one review about noise and one mentioned smoking, but we found the space quiet and ambient-smoke free! The bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet/dresser space for our clothes. The bathroom could use a vent/fan, but that is minor. We did no cooking, but the kitchen seemed fairly well-stocked. We spent several of our evenings sitting in cafes and dining on Rue de Buci, which also has a grocery store (Carrefour). Rue de Buci conveniently flows right into Rue du Four which is full of great boutique shopping, which then drops you right into Le Bon Marche. Everything you want to see on a first time visit to Paris is within walking distance from here. Check-in/check-out was simple and communication with the management company was flawless.

Perfect flat in the perfect location

My daughter and I had a great week in the Pont Neuf flat celebrating her high school graduation in July. The location could not have been beaten. Great restaurants, shops, the Seine- all just steps outside your door. Apartment was well appointed and very spacious. Sofa bed and bedroom beds were both comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. It would be perfect for a family of 4. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay, great management and easy access for check in and out. Did not feel small for four people two adult children. Clean and cute. Got our deposit back quickly. Just note no air conditioning- which is ok for the most part, one day it was 95 but we still were ok, just didn't realize it didn't have, never thought to ask. Would definitely stay there again. Currency exchange downstairs and grocery close by. This is definitely a hidden gem.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We had a delightful stay at the Pont Neuf apartment, 8 days to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. She declared the bedroom to be very comfortable and I slept like a baby on the sofa bed. The location is perfect – surrounded by restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket and several delicatessens within 5 minutes’ walk, and just a short stroll to (amongst others) Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Musee d’Orsay. Noise from the street disappears once through the main gate (which was being restored/replaced while we were there) and, except for some noise from the alley behind the bedroom on the Saturday nights of our stay, the apartment is peaceful and quiet.

The kitchen facilities are good – hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cafetiere – with some basics such as salt/pepper, olive oil etc. in the cupboards. Excellent walk-in shower. Lots of storage throughout. TV in English is limited to news channels but we were mostly out anyway.

In Beau Paris were friendly, professional and quick to respond to queries and requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Falls

Great location

You can't ask for a better location for exploring Paris. Centrally located to all the attractions, including a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Metro. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. All accommodations were provided as listed. The only issue we had was occasional noise at night from motor bikes running though the alley outside the bedroom, as well as a party in the alley that went pretty late one night.
