In just 10 minutes you are on the beautiful 13 km long sandy beach of Alcudia. The house is divided into 2 equal equipped houses is very well maintained and clean. It has 2 floors and an outdoor area with an own pool and garden area. A barbecue invites to beautiful barbecue evenings directly by the pool. The purpose of the protection of privacy should be exercised sufficiently.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, so that self-sufficiency is fun and inviting cozy terrace to dine.

Einfach Perfekt

Meine Frau und ich waren vom 06.06. bis 19.06. mit unserem Sohn und unseren zwei Bekannten in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt alles wichtige war vorhanden wie z.B.: Fön, Kinderbett, Kinderhochstuhl etc. das Haus und die Einrichtung scheinen relativ neu zu sein und sind in einem entsprechenden guten Zustand. Der Pool und der Garten sind groß genug für 5 Personen und bieten viel Platz zum Spielen, schwimmen und Sonnen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 5 Minuten Sa Pobla wo sich ein Eroski Supermarkt befindet, hier finden Sie alles was Sie zum essen und leben brauchen. Das Auto kann man ganz bequem in die Hauseigene Garage parken von dieser aus kann man über eine Treppe seine Koffer, Einkäufe oder Strandtaschen direkt ins Haus bringen und das Auto steht in der kühlen Garage. Die Stromabrechnung für 14 Tage und 5 Personen Betrug in unserem Fall 54€ was wir sehr positiv fanden. Auch die Arbeit von Top Villas Mallorca war klasse der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und die Abwicklung von Zuhause aus und vor Ort Stress frei. Da an unseren An- und Abreisetagen keine anderen Ab- und Anreisen vorhanden waren durften wir früher ins Haus ein bzw. ausziehen was uns sehr gelegen kam.

Fazit: Alles toll und sehr empfehlenswert.

Sa Poblahat about 12 500 inhabitants and is situated in the northern part of Mallorca amidst a wide stretched plains level. DerOrt is quite known for its Sunday farmers' market and its typical Mallorcan tapas bars and restaurants.

A major source of income is agriculture. The yield huge potato, vegetable and fruit plantations will benefit not only the locals, but plays an important role also for the domestic and international export.

Through the adjacent natural park S'Albufera leads to the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island to Alcudia. There you will find a wide range of water sports. The golf courses of Alcudia / Aucanada and Pollensa are within a radius of 10 km. The island's capital Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 40 km away and easy to reach in 30 minutes on the highway.
