This delightful family house with beautiful Mediterranean garden

(5 000 sqm) located in the residential area of ​​Son Oliver, about 15 minutes south-east of Palma.

The accommodation:

The house has 210 sqm of living space and 120sqm terrace area (which are covered about 75 square meters, spread over 5 areas). It features the ground floor a large living-dining area with open kitchen and offers 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms en suite and a guest toilet.

On the upper floor are completely independent 4 further bedrooms (two larger and two smaller, one of the main bedroom connected to a small and thus for families with one or two children ideal is usable) and a bathroom with toilet.

The large garden is lovingly created with an orchard, two ponds and palm trees. There is also an automatic lighting and alarm system.

These is certainly the infinity pool, which offers beautiful views and wide over the countryside.

Other important information:

The house is idyllically situated and not overlooked by neighbors. One finds in the house his retreat oasis and yet in just 15-20 minutes in Palma center and in 10 minutes at the airport. Several beaches in the south of the island are 10 minutes away, Es Trenc and Santanyi in about 30 minutes, the next two golf courses are 10 minutes away. There are all the shops 10 minutes from the house (Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Müller drugstore, etc.). Moreover, the place S'Aranjassa offers a small supermarket and bakery, which is about 3 min walk from the house (by car).

The house is ideally for 8 adults and 2-4 children (1 Trip Trap available and high chairs) designed.

All four large bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house and grounds are well maintained. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, pets on request.

You can locally at any time contact the caretaker, should you have any questions or requests.

The neighborhood:

Residential area, all plots are almost invisible.

Transportation:

To reach the house, you hire the best a car or take the airport a taxi which brings you in 10 min to the finca.

We rent to any youth or Party group.

In any case you shoulderstand rent a car for your stage, Because there are no public transportations in this area.

Lovely, private, sunny, the house has everything you need to have a perfekt hollyday!

Wonderful house! Lovely lounges and space to chill. Quiet area, we had a relaxing and super time.

From the moment we booked the house, we got greate info from Alex. Everything felt safe, and we never had to wait long for answers back. We were 2 familys, 4adults and 4 children. The house had lots of space, and we felt like we had privacy even though we were many people. The house had everything we needed, we made all our meals in the kitchen and barbeque. We didn't miss anything, everything you need were allready there.

We though that we were going to spend more time at the beach or shopping. But the house has a big pool and sun area, so we spent almost all our time at the house. You need to have a car, because you can't walk to the store. It was 10 min to the shops, and the beach. And ca 15 min to Palma, it was no problem driving around.

When the children went to sleep, we relaxed in the lounge areas. Perfect:-) we will defently book this house again!

Perfect spot

We love this place. The house is very nice. Everything Works Well and is of good quality. The interior decoration is modern and fits the house ans surroundings perfetly. The terasse, the pool and the view is all that we have dreamt of for this holiday with our big family (12 pers).

Palma, the Beach and the airport is only 15 minutes away, so everything is easy to acces. We are looking forward to visiting this house again.

Lovely house in a calm area close to Palma

The perfect house for a couple of families spending holiday together. The pool area is simply great with two launch areas in the shadows, two large tables for dining, sunbeds, a quite deep pool and lovely views over the valley. The villa is beautifully decorated (even nicer than the pictures) and very well equipped - we didn't miss any kitchen facilities. Bedrooms on two floors with several bathrooms and AC in most of the rooms. The upper floor is very good for families with kids since the bedrooms are close to each other. The area was very calm and you could enjoy total privacy. Still, it's just a 10 minutes drive from Platja Palma, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the port of Palma. You do need a car though since it's too far a distance to walk to shops and restaurants. Instant help from the house keeper when needed. We certainly recommend the villa and would go back any day!

Entspannung pur

Wir (6 Erw., 4 Kinder)hatten zwei super schöne entspannte Wochen in der Finca. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen sind genauso wie im Original.Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die verschiedenen Chilllounges sind genial. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.  Ich konnte unserem Sohn zum Geburtstag sogar einen Blechkuchen backen. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Fluglärm zu hören.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa accogliente, comoda, fornita di ogni comfort in grado di offrire uNa bellissima vacanza.il giardino incantevole , da poter sfruttare anche in inverno piacevolmente.la posizione comoda, vicino a Palma, a supermercato ma nello stesso tempo lontana da traffico e rumore.per ogni problema l assistenza è efficiente e rapida.la vacanza è stata veramente piacevole.
