Holiday house with pool and Mediterranean garden, in a quiet residential street m. Meerblic

This charming cottage is located between the fishing village of Porto Petro and the sandy beaches of the Mondrago. The quiet location amidst the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago, one of the most beautiful sandy bays of the island of Majorca, gives the House that special something.

The bays of Calo de Sa Torre, Cala Barca or Calo Borgit are reachable within 5-15 minutes.

The house has a Mediterranean garden with pool cozy sitting areas and the large meadow for private use. This allows for individual privacy. A barbecue on the poolside terrace and a large outdoor shower blend into the garden picture. This offers a variety of country-specific plants and colorful flowers. A herbal corner for culinary assistance is also available. The large terrace at the house invites for cozy round and provides a protected and large shaded area. In addition, there are plenty of refuges on the different roof terraces at different levels (. 1 OG and the roof area) and orientations.

The house with a floor space of 140 square meters has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms each one on the ground floor and another in. 1 Upstairs were tastefully decorated. There you will find many Mallorcan details, such as the enclosed teak stairs, ect the pattern of the floor mosaic. , Because of the open staircase to the upper floor, we recommend an age limit for children from 8 years. For your convenience, the house has not only heating and air conditioning devices, but is equipped with large ceiling fans that provide just in the summer months for a pleasant "breeze". By underfloor heating the house is available all year round by the pleasant indoor climate.

The spacious open kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils such as gas stove, oven, dishwasher. For the preparation of various dishes all necessary equipment are available. In the kitchen adjoining room there is a washer and dryer.

The approximately 40 square meters large living and dining area (for 6 persons) has a tasteful lounge area with satellite TV and stereo with ipod connection, a comfortable armchair inviting place to relax. The interior of the holiday home has been tastefully decorated by local and typical local style. This has free Wi-Fi.

  • The house has 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, another in. 1 Upstairs. In the bedrooms is in each case a large closet. About the beds is a big fan of ensures a silent "breeze". In addition, with underfloor heating and a cooling-heating device is attached. Der Hausservice empfing uns freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. das haus machte auf den ersten Blick einen zauberhaften Eindruck, welcher sich nach dem Betreten durch die Einrichtung und das Erscheinungsbild fortsetzte. Die Möblierung ist komfortabel, praktisch und gemütlich. Nichts fehlte. Die Küche komplett bestückt und liess keine Wünsche offen. der separate Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Kühl/Gefrierkombination erweist sich als ideal. Das Haus zum Träumen werden wir weiter empfehlen, da wir uns wie zuhause angekommen fühlten.

The holiday home is in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. It lies in close proximity to the picturesque fishing village of Porto Petro, which has retained its Mallorcan originality. Here you will find shops, boutiques, an ice cream parlor, cafes and restaurants with lovely views of the harbor.

For nature lovers a hike is recommended to the lighthouse of Porto Petro. From here you have the opportunity over the cliff to hike and enjoy breathtaking views of the coastline. The enchanting small sandy beaches of Sa Torre, Calo Borgit and the Mondrago can be reached on foot and run in part by the nature reserve Mondrago with its varied vegetation. On market days on Wednesdays and Saturdays the market of Santanyi is an absolute "must". The originality of the houses gives the impression as if time stood still here. The fruit offered there by Majorcans, vegetables, cheeses and other specialties attract visitors from across the region. Here is a pause in a cafe con leche a wonderful holiday experience.

Move your mouse over the coastal strip towards the north / west past the largest natural harbor in Porto Colom towards Porto Cristo. Both explore the harbor town and a visit to the world famous caves is always worth a visit.

The outstanding over the vast land Puig de Sant Salvador with Santuari de Sant Salvador offers a breathtaking view over the region.
